Purchased online. Delivered 15 days later. Defective from manufacturer. Customer service was less than pleasant on phone. Went to local store and manager fixed my issue by replacing.

The newly delivered refrigerator has a problem with its left door, which neither Best Buy nor Samsung are willing to fix despite calling both companies. This is unfortunate and unacceptable.

Amazing space. We had two refrigerator/freezers and went down to one without difficulty. Ice/water are great although the water flow is a little slow. May be from the long tubing length we used to supply it. Bear in mind that to get 30 Cu. Ft. the unit is quite deep inside so may require some shuffling to locate and store stuff. Super quiet.

Not being biased because we’ve had the same fridge for 17 years and anything new would be an upgrade. But this Whirpool fridge has meet and exceeded our standards. Whether it’s the deep pockets and multiple layers of freezer storage or the french doors opening to reveal enough space to fit leftovers from the entire week. The fridge was set ip within minutes once it got in. We’ll continue to order our products from Best Buy. The customer service alone, not to mention the deal, will have us coming back again and again
