We've had this for 2 months now and there are things I love and things I don't.
Pros - lots of space with adjustable shelves. Very bright interior (takes some getting used to). Very, very cold.
Cons - the ice maker is ridiculously loud when it fills with water. Also, the ice is in fun little pyramid shapes, however it melts very fast. The shelves do not extend to the back of the refrigerator so there is a 2.5 inch gap that things fall into if pushed back too far.
Overall, I really like this and am satisfied.

Rest of the fridge has seemed fine (hopefully no more issues crop up) but the ice maker has had constant mechanical issues. First the rotating dump tray sheared the power/control wire. Had to resolder that, then the water outlet port that fills the tray freezes up often, requiring thawing it out with hot air blown up it. Now the heating element under the tray to loosen the ice before dump has partially detached itself (a flimsy clip seems to have broken off and hopefully doesn't end up in my toddler's water)...
Less than a year old, first issues were within months. Online research shows these aren't isolated issues.
Tons of space, clean lines - can hear water refill

Purchased this for a rental property, so although I don't have day-to-day use, I always ask our tenants what they think so this review will be passing on their feedback.
Overall, they are thrilled.
The usable space in both the refrig and freezer is huge compared to their previous refrigerator of same cu ft.
They said a lot has to do with the thin shelves and the adjustability of the door bins and shelving
When pressed, the only thing they commented on (and the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars) that would go in the "con" column, is that they can hear the ice maker water line when it refills. They said it's not at all bothersome, but they couldn't hear anything at all with their previous refrigerator, so it just perked their ears the first time they heard it with this one.
One week later, and they said they don't even notice it anymore.

Works great so far. Sleek look. A lot of space inside without wasted space for unnecessary compartments. Ice dispenser a little louder than expected but not a big deal.

This fridge has a lot of space for its size and I like how you can control the temperature of the freezer and fridge from the outside. I also like how the ice container is attached to the door, giving you more room to store stuff and there is a convenient on/off switch for the ice maker. I took off 1 star because of the placement of the water and ice dispensers. Also because you get crushed iced dispensed along with your ice cubes when you only want ice cubes.

I have only few weeks but so far so good. I love the modern design and the interiors with thin shelves. Freezer has a lot of space with ice dispenser in the door instead on interior. It is not noisy and keeps things really cold set at less than maximun. Water and ice dispenser works great. Love it!

This was our 2nd choice. Almost wish there was a process to trade it for our first choice. We like all the glass shelves, there is plenty of room and drawer space. We like the ice maker is in the door and doesn’t take up a lot of space. However the unit is noisy when it runs. The size of glass/cup you can place under the ice dispenser is limited. And who knows why the light in the dispenser bay lights up when you dispense water because it doesn’t help for water.

We like the freezer space, and the adjustable shelves in the refrigerator. But the door on the fridge doesn't seem weighted properly because it opens very quickly, banging the wall. And the ice maker itself is great, making great pyramid shaped "cubes," but at least once a day, a cube drops out by itself, falling to the floor, creating puddles on our hardwood floor. Our previous fridge never did that in 20 years.

I like the refrigerator as a whole. It’s spacious enough for our needs. Cold water and ice maker/dispenser are great. The only thing that I didn’t like is that there are times that it’s motor is loud. I have not read the whole manual yet. I’m not sure if it’s really that loud. But it’s not a big deal to us.

We just purchased this fridge to replace the GE Profile fridge we had for 25 years. So far, everything is going well. We haven't run into the major noise issues that were noted for an equivalent model that has the ice maker on the top shelf (vs the door). I do agree that the design for the water and ice dispenser is not the best but still usable (ice dispenser is behind water dispenser rather than side by side). There was a comment about ice falling to the ground randomly even though it isn't in use. It happened a couple of times so we are watching that. All in all, it is working well for our needs.

The exterior of the refrigerator does not show finger prints. I have some issues with the ice and water dispenser sometimes water drips so you have to wipe it down. Shelves not adjustable does not have rollers does not slide easily. Overall good quality refrigerator.

We were so disappointed with this fridge that we returned it after 1 week and chose a new one. The compressor was extremely loud (like you could hear it in other rooms loud) and it ran a lot. The drawers don't glide so as soon as something is in them they are impossible to move. The ice dispenser randomly dropped half melted ice cubes onto the floor. The water dripped down the front. None of the shelves are adjustable, which seemed ok until it wasn't. What we like about this fridge is that we don't have it anymore! We love our new, new fridge!

Although a nice refrigerator it can get very loud during its cooling cycles, we have another whirlpool refrigerator that’s over 20 years old and still runs quietly and smoothly. A thing to note is that there just isn’t enough light from the single smallish bulb. Does have lots of room but the drawers stick and are hard to open. Overall a decent refrigerator but needs improvement

Cavernous insides. Well laid out shelves. Fits a pizza box - many don't. A bit noisy. The hinges need a cover. Lacks a numerical temperature gauge. Anti smudge stainless really works.

Fridge is nice. Looks great. There are a few flaws and things that made me return this one to Best Buy. First, and most disappointing was the produce/meat drawers are so cheaply done. They don’t glide.. AT ALL!!! It’s like plastic on plastic and a very rough and noisy motion when sliding the drawers open. They are even harder to open with things are stored in them and it’s weighted down. The drawers need to be on a track system. They are not! Secondly, the ice dispenser is set back too far for a large cup and you have to tilt your glass too high to fill it, preventing you from filling it all the way. Thirdly, the water dispenser died drip from time to time. Lastly the icons on the door don’t stay light and aren’t motion activated...(as they need to be) making it hard to see what to push in the dark.
I returned this to Best Buy. The price point is far too high for this cheaply designed refrigerator! Mostly disappointed with this so I’d suggest you scrutinize it very well before you buy it!

Although this refrigerator is fairly new to us we like it. I really like the ice shape from the icemaker I always hated the half moon shaped ice that always seemed to want to slide down the glass into your face. This ice is more of a square shape. What I don't particularly like: The main shelves are not adjustable, so anything over a certain height (which is not tall by any means) must go on the top shelf or door shelves , which are adjustable. Also if you don't use the ice very quickly it tends to freeze up in the holding bin rendering the door dispenser inoperable.
Has a good amount of room and easy access to foods

I really like this refrigerator. I had a Whirlpool before and would continue to buy that brand. It’s dependable and lasts long. I’m not concerned with a bunch of bells and whistles. Just wanted a reliable refrigerator with water and ice maker! I really like the look of it. It’s more ascetically pleasing then many of the higher end models. I read the reviews before I purchased and the comment I saw most often was it made noise. Yes, it does have a sound most likely when the temperature is adjusting. It is not very loud and it doesn’t bother or concern me. It’s just normal. If you’re looking for a reliable appliance that should last for years, this is it!
If you want fancy fangled expensive that doesn’t last don’t buy a Whirlpool.
