This unit has required a lot of service in the short time owned. The motherboard has been replaced several times. Based on the performance of this machine, it is unlikely that I will purchase another Whirlpool appliance.

Would like to exchange for another brand. Can not use bleach wth washer.

It was the wrong size so they had to reorder again.

I don’t recommend this product it was bought on 02/2020 and this is the second time I have to get this product repair. This is an inconvenience.

I've owned this dryer for 4 months and am having difficulties getting it to dry clothes. It is a ventless dryer and you need to empty the water tank after every time it drys. I don't mind doing that, or cleaning the 2 filter locations. I have to run the dryer through several cycles and still need to hang them up to complete the drying. If you like to iron clothes, this may be good because they come out of the dryer damp.

This is a super small unit. Only good if you live alone and don’t do much laundry, it’s a cheap until only lasts five years then craps out. Not built very well either, no matter what you put in there it will always knock when the drum spins, HARD it’s a really noisy machine. But it does do the job.

My experience with this dryer and with Whirlpool has not been pleasant. The bottom filter on the dryer is very flawed. It doesn’t trap the lint well, so the metal heat element behind the filter gets clogged and is impossible to reach. I had serious concerns about a fire starting, so I wrote to Whirlpool...three times. Two of those times they didn't bother to respond. The time they did respond, they simply sent me a copy of the owner's manual, which I already had, and which didn't address my complaint. For the price of this machine one should get both excellent customer service and parts that work properly. Unfortunately, this dryer doesn't measure up, and the customer service is horrible.

This dryer has a lot of problems and is too expensive for what it is: 1. The dryer does not dry anything, even small loads. The dryer runs all day long and at the end of it, everything is still wet. A small load of 1 sheet took 6 cycles (i.e. 6 hours) to be even be close to dry. 2. The sensor is off and the dryer needs to constantly be monitored. It will randomly stop when the clothes are still wet. 3. The filters (there are 2) of the dryer get clogged and need to be constantly deep cleaned. Emptying after each cycle is not enough, you need to use detergent to get it from being baked on.

We were told this was a very efficient dryer, I'm sure if you only had to run the dryer once to dry it would be. I"ve run the same load 5 times and its still damp. This product is defective and should not be sold.

Takes FOREVER to dry. I had this in an apartment where ventless was the only option and it is terrible. I now inherited it a second time in a different home and it is equally terrible. I would NEVER recommend this.
