We are very happy with this washer and dryer. Very intuitive and easy to use. I think it is quiet, even during the spin cycle. It is in a laundry room off the kitchen and with the door open, I don’t find it to be obnoxious. We have heard from some people about the rubber gasket getting a mildew odor on front loading machines. So I have been drying off any water that is on the door and gasket when I am completely done with doing wash for the day. I also keep the door slightly ajar to allow air flow into the machine. 1 month in use and no odors noted.

We used the washer multiple times a day. Very easy to use.

Recently had my washer and dryer go bad. I bought a new set at Best Buy and they have been operating very well. I only see one down side and that is that the units are a little noisy. Other than that I am fully satisfied! The store staff was very helpful as well.

My husband does the laundry in our household and overall he is very pleased with the machine. He did mention to me the soap leaks as soon as you put the soap in the dispenser and close the dispenser. He needed to add another clothing item to the wash prior to actually starting the machine, after he put the soap in the dispenser. When he opened the washer door to put the extra clothing item in the wash, soap spilled out onto his arm, the front of the machine and the floor! I guess the upside is everything was clean, including the clothes.

I got this washer at a great price $699 on sale, and worth every penny! It’s sleek, quiet, and gets the job done! I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but overall, I’m pretty pleased with its performance!

This washer makes doing the laundry so easy. It is very quiet and easy to operate. My wife normally does the laundry but I even started to after we got this machine. Awesome!

Washer is not only good looking but sizable, efficient and quiet. Installation team were very professional and also efficient.

This washer is just the size for my family of three. It is a water saving and highly efficient machine. It spins out most of the water to dry quickly.

I find this washer extremely quiet. The front touch controls are very sensitive to touch, which isn't a bad thing. The clothes at the end of the spin cycle are barely damp.

First time buying a front loading washer, and MAN what a difference it makes compared to a top loader!!! Clothes are fresher and the steam clean made a huge difference in my husband's mail carrier uniform shirts. They were seriously stinky. If you're familiar with Phoenix weather, it is super hot, and if you work outside like my husband does, you are most likely stinky. Ew. Any who, I love my Whirlpool and be sure to check online for better prices for Best Buy price match.

I like the washer, it's just a bit louder than my last washer.If i open the soap tray after starting the cycle, water sprays out, washes well and spins clothes so well.

I've owned a Whirlpool Washer/Dryer in the past and have LOVED it! Unfortuantely I sold it and bought a Samsung years later and regretted it. I went back to Whirlpool and I'm as happy as ever!

Perfect balance of price and features. I like that it's not a complicated machine and the chrome shadow looks classy and has less fingerprints

The washer does a great job of getting the clothes clean but really gets the water spun out of the clothes, creating less dryer time.

This set cleans and dries very nicely. It is super quiet. I do wish the end of cycle tone was louder, but that is my only complaint.

Cleans well. Not noisy. Uses less water than old tub-type washer. Removes water well on final spin meaning less drying time

My clothes are getting very clean without getting shredded. Great for comforters and blankets too! Good washer for good price!

Walked in and left with what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Dosent happen alot this day in age but....... Best buy pulled it off. Thanks again. My sales girl ROCKED! In an out and loaded,less than 30 min.
