Mold cleanup weekly in detergent dispenser. LEAKING! Purchased protection plan. Set up appointment. Got a call - not coming. Will not answer calls or return messages. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I have purchased Protection Plans on every item I have bought at Best Buy and this time it was a HUGE waste of money.

The first washer they try to give me the delivery team was mean and they made my daughter and mother in law very uncomfortable. They where very mean to them and told them they don't speak English at all. Then they told them it was broken. Then the second time they came to my house early. Even after I told them that no one will there until after 5:30pm. Then they told me I have to reschedule again. I called up someone from the management team and told me they will fix it but they didn't. The third time the manager from the delivery team told me all will go ok, but it didn't. They came early again and I told them no one is home you have to came at 5:30pm, the guys told me here will talk to the dispatch to send someone around that time. I got home and no one showed up so I called up the delivery company and I was talking to a lady and at first she was nice they she told me that they came by at 4:00pm and no one was there. I told her that no one was going to be there until 5:30pm. 5yen she told that there nothing she can do, it is too late then I told if I can speak to a manger she told that the manger was busy and that I can't talk to her at all. So asked what can I do she told to go to the store where I get the washer from and go get my money back because there is nothing she can do. So I went the store manager and told her everything so took care of everything for me and got my washer delivery to my house at 9:10pm. The store manger and delivery manger both told they where going to comp something for me because all the stuff I had to go through. I have gotten a email or a phone call at all so this is the last time I get anything from best buy that has to be delivered.

I love the load and go feature - with ultra concentrated detergent you only have to fill in every 36 loads! It is easy to use, washes well, and quiet. It's also huge and has really cut down on the number of loads that I do. I stacked the dryer on top of the washer, and I have so much more space in my laundry room. If I had one criticism, it would be that I miss having a hand wash cycle. Other than that, it's perfect!

The window tint is so dark you cannot see your laundry while it is ongoing
