    This is my second whirlpool duet washer. My first washer lasted 6 years and I still have the original dryer of 11 years. I have 3 boys, so I do a lot of laundry and they have been extremely reliable and durable. I also found the service (from purchasing to delivery) at Best Buy to be great. This was my first appliance purchase with them and I will be going back to Best Buy for another Whirlpool Duet dryer when it goes out.

    My second purchase. Love the quality. I purchased a set about 10 years ago. My house received a power surge and the set was destroyed. This new set has bells and whistles I love. I like the fact that I can add detergent for multiple loads. My other model did not offer this feature.
