My house received a power surge and the set was destroyed. This new set has bells and whistles I love. I like the fact that I can add detergent for multiple loads. My other model did not offer this feature.

Forget about the home warannty. It is a joke. Anyway, we like our new washer. It has all the functions we want and much more we didn't expect. I was thinking about LG and Samsung, but I prefer to America made for better service and cheaper parts (may be I am wrong).

It can handle multiple loads and allows for specific settings. The seal on the door is great and let's me pour as much soap as I want due to its smart load ability to manage soap for each load. Worth every penny.
