Very efficient washer. Clothes are not as wet as our old machine which means less drying time.

Our very old washer broke beyond repair and we were forced to get a new one, we actually bought the matching dryer as well. This washer has been a great replacement, so far no issues. It is super quiet and doesn't retain a bad smell like most HE washers. So far very happy with it.

Have been using the washer/dryer for about a month - no issues yet. My first front loader, and I love how it never goes off kilter and dances around the floor! Delivery guys were superb! Had great lifting tools so they didn't have to strain and make me feel guilty. Did their utmost to ensure everything was complete and cleaned up before leaving. Very personable and comfortable experience.

First I checked Consumer Reports, Yelp, Best Buy, and 3 other "big box" competitors, to find the type of washer that best fit my needs and budget AND got excellent ratings by other customers. I found 2 washers that were a good match. Best Buy had the lowest price on both of them, a Samsung and the one I bought. Both machines were on display... very important to me. I like to see what I'm buying. I chose the Whirlpool because it was made in the USA, even though I have lots of Samsung and LG appliances. The delivery 2 days later to an upstairs laundry room went flawlessly. The washer exceeds expectations. Hot is really hot, and got a load of whites really white. All the rinses are cold. It's super quiet when I'm reading in the room below the washer. I like the steam self-cleaning feature that prevents smelly washers, although I usually leave the door open a crack after using. Features are easy to use. Qualifies for a PSE rebate, an extra bonus. A great machine!

Easy to operate, and gets the job done. No need to spend more money on a fancy machine. I returned a Samsung because the drum smelled when I received it and even 2 rounds of the self clean didn't eliminate the smell. The Whirlpool has no smell and works great on all settings.

The machine has a large capacity, which works great for my family of 8. When my son comes home from college, he can get his laundry done in just a few loads. It also cleans very well and allows me to wash my pillows and comforters without worry.

My 12 year old wash machine of the same make went out. Figured it was time for a new one. Jessica made the purchase fun and easy, Great knowledge of old and past wash machines was admiral, Delivery time was a bit long but due to the floods understandable, The two gentlemen picked up old one and dropped the new one in with ease. It has work perfect ever since.

Fits plenty of laundry in one load and not a loud machine. My clothes come out smelling fresh. I wish the door could be reversed. I may just not know how to but there’s no way (to my knowledge) to adjust the size (ie: small, medium, large) of the load and conserve water for smaller loads. The regular wash takes 54 minutes which seems a bit long compared to other machines. There is no back panel. All of the buttons are on the front of the machine above the door which would be fine if it wasn’t so sensitive. If you brush past the machine (which I often do since my washer is on the way to my garage) the machine stops and wash must be started over completely. But overall I am happy with this purchase and how it washes quietly and efficiently.

It's a great washer, does when it's says it's going to do. Have no problem with how it works, very quiet and efficient, easy to hook up, instructions easy to read and follow, I recommend this washer to anyone

This front loading washing machine has a very large capacity and I have used it! Clothes were clean and gently handled. It also fit my old drawer so I didn't have to replace that. Installers were very helpful and courteous.

The washer is a dream. It works great, has sensible features and covers any washing need for our clothing. It's fast, efficient and quiet and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Best Buy helped me pick out just what I wanted.

This washing machine performs its duty well. It is easy to operate and very efficient. The only reason it gets 4 stats and not 5, it is because the door must kept open when not in use to prevent mildew.

We have only had washer for 2 months but it has worked out very well for us. We have stacked the matching dryer on top because of space limitations. No issues with either one and I would recommend both the washer and dryer.

Washes the clothes clean & gets them drier during the spin cycle; translating to less electricity used with the dryer. Love the estimated time given, before load starts......

I have used my new washing machine for 2 months now. It meets all my needs. I especially have noticed I don't need to have my clothes in the dryer so long because much of the water has been spun out of them.

this machine is easy to use and runs quietly. i didn't buy a washer/dryer set since my dryer is fairly new & runs well. the new washer does sit further into the room than the dryer, but that isn't a problem for me.

Huge washer! Very Easy to use. Adjust settings to get the wash you want. Fairly quiet. Of course it makes more noise on high spin, but acceptable level. Great installation. Everything went smooth.

I absolutely love this machine! Initially we thought about a Samsung, but heard there were lots of issues with that brand so I went to the go to brand that I grew up with. It is efficient but most importantly very quiet for a washer. You can barely hear the water filling and only small clicks as it switches cycles. The only thing I recommend is making sure, if using pod detergents, use a decent brand. We had the all brand and they don't dissolve as well as gain and tide pods do. We haven't used regular liquid or powder detergent yet so I'm not sure how that runs through.
