I love my washing machine. It was an excellent choice that we made. The only thing I would say about the purchase was it wasn’t installed. Nobody at the store knew whether Best Buy allows somebody to come into the house and set up the washing machine and that perspective it was horrible what I had to go through to get rid of the machine to get it out to put the new one in the cashier that I dealt with didn’t know much of anything, but with all that you know, he was kind, not very helpful, but we purchased the washing machine anyway because we really liked it and thank God that we did buy it because it’s a very very good machine outside of that everything else was fine.

to start the machine can be frustrating since it wants to do a soft restart if you don't do the sequence correctly. The time is long for some of the specialty rinses. I think the bedding was about 90 min or something like that. So far it seems to be doing the job. The door could be sturdier.

So far it's working. Normally, after replacing 3 brand new refrigerators in a row, I wait a year. Based on my experiences, I was avoiding Samsung, LG, and Maytag

So far its a great washer hopefully it last longer then the Samsung top load I bought 3 years ago. I decided to go with a front load washer this time because those are supposed to be better than top load. My clothes come out fresh and clean. It took a little bit to get used to how the controls work.

I like every thing about this machine except for one thing. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and the buttons are difficult to push.

I love my new washer, no problems with it at all, love its simplicity.

The biggest complaint that I have about this machine is that the instructions for use are absolutely inadequate and confusing. I had a big learning curve with this machine, but now that I’ve figured it out, I am happy with how well it performs. I don’t like the fact that when it is in the spin cycle, it nearly shakes the house apart. Literally the whole house vibrates. One foot was mutilated inside of the shipping packages so I think someone in the factory dragged it out on one foot and packed it up with the damaged foot still on. Every thing else was fine.

Nice, quiet machine. Fast wash cycle is great! Definitely needs the pedestal base.

Arthur- the manager at the Destin, FL store that assisted me with this item - went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the install and our purchase. It would have been a 4 star based on the product making more noise and having allot of movement while in the later stages of the washing cycle. A noticeable amount more than the previous whirlpool model we had. But this is more of a whirlpool model observation and has no reflection on Best Buy's staff and standards. Couldn't be happier with Best Buy's exceptional in store experience!!!

Nice design, large drum, after 1 week working well so far

Purchased washer and dyer for a property, and ran one cycle on each. Everything worked as expected. The clothes came out clean and dry. If you’re stacking washer/dryer please let the representatives/sales associate know that you will need the stack kit.

They both run great and very quiet and was very professionally installed the geek squad was excellent would highly recommend everything thank you so much

We had a wonderful experience with Best Buy when purchasing and installing this washer. We were only replacing the washer and not the dryer. The representative I spoke to checked with the manufacturer to find the best replacement—very helpful. And the delivery and installation guys were wonderful. This was the easiest and best transaction we have experienced. I’ll definitely look to them before Home Depot or Lowe’s in the future. And, we received a $50 gift card too!

I just love items the washer and dryer it run smooth and it is not noisy

We really like this and were happy the unit went on sale as we would not have bought it at full price. It works really great with liquid, but when we use powder, sometime that seems to have a bit of residual powder after the cycle that sits in the door. Not really an issue, but annoying. Also, to start the unit, we have to hold the power butt for 10 seconds as it "resets", so either we are doing something wrong or that is another minor annoyance. VictorB

So far no negatives to write about Not a fan of the need to reset every time.
