I had this washing machine for a year and recommend it and about to buy the matching dryer.

I recently purchased a Whirlpool washer, expecting a seamless laundry experience, but was sorely disappointed. Right from the start, leveling the machine proved to be a Herculean task. The feet adjustments are so finicky that achieving a stable foundation feels nearly impossible. This instability has led to an intolerably loud operation. Each cycle is accompanied by such a cacophony that it reverberates throughout the house, disrupting the peace. Furthermore, the vibrations are so severe that the machine practically dances across the floor. The promise of Whirlpool's quality and efficiency was completely unmet, leaving me with regret over my purchase. This product has been a letdown in terms of both functionality and user-friendliness.

This replaced one I bought 16 years ago. My old one must have been a much more expensive unit because the quality was just better. Next time, I'll focus more on quality vs price.

My wife fell in love with this, we've been with whirlpool for many years but the first time we bought stackable set and so much more room

I like the touch pad feature for the settings. The selection is very intuitive. The spin cycle for regular wash really eliminates so much of the water that my dryer time is less!

You all have to sit down because its unbelievable what best buy and this stupid extensive machine are. I bought this expensive machine 2 years ago. The machine dont work. The Best Buy scammer team wants to "help me" sending me their most "professional" technitian for a DIAGNOSTIC ONLY for 125 dollar. Really? You selling trash expensive equipment that breaks in 2 years and you still want to milk customer charging them more money??? You all are shameless!!! I cant be believe you. Do you want to be professional?? How about you stop scamming people and start selling decent appliances. Omg. More than 1,000 dollars for this trash machines and you still want to charge me for DIAGNOSTIC. Never again NEVER AGAIN

I have not used a front loading washing machine in a ng time. I love the way this worked.

I was very happy with the fast delivery and they placed it where I wanted it. Everything works great on it and I couldn't be happier!

Washes really well and is very quiet. The setup was relatively simple for a typical drain style installation or a basin-sink install.

Upgraded from a stackable and so far it has been great! Love the features and options on this device.

Great washer. Had the install and it was completely worth free. Price also was great and financing was worth it.

Works great. Very cautious of the laundry detergent drawer as it feels it could break if your not careful.

Overall great washer/dryer set up. DO NOT opt for free “professional” installation. Better off doing it yourself or stacking them. I recommend stacking them 100%
