I’ve only had this a couple of weeks but so far I love it. I love the fact it’s no so high tech, that it’s not a “smart” washer!! My other one was a Samsung and lasted 2 weeks over 6 years and the motor went out. So excited to get a trusted brand!!

Let me start by sayig that I have always though Whirlpool products are great products. I can still remeber the commercials with the Whirlpool repair guy being bored because they never break. Well, that was the 70's and 80's and me aging isn't the only change that has happened over the years. I purchased this in April 2023 and I am getting the feeling that I will need to replace it. Not a fan of this machine and I had one that worked but wanted to upgrade and get a more efficient unit. Considering I have to run loads twice because the spin cycle leaves things soaking wet it's not very efficient. It shakes a lot with any amount of items in it so don't put anything on top of it because it will be on the floor. I had to replace the main compluter panel within the first two or three months and hoped that would be the end of it. Considering we had to wait for a bit for the part, the repair guy pointed out, it didn't bode well for the overall unit. We have had many many situations where you are positive you turned it on and an hour later you realize it didn't start. And the new computer doesn't always even recognize you are pushing buttons so clearly this isn't the end of the story with this washer. OVerall, this unit is way too expensive to last only 2 years.

Very impressed. Works well and quiet. I saved alot by getting open box. Haven't had it long enough to give 5 stars.

Great product. Good size and functions. Bought open box so amazing price with drain hose needing to be replaced and legs missing; all easily purchased elsewhere. Would consider open box again.

It works very efficiently. I love it. They installed it with now problem. It’s not too loud, just the right about if noise.

So far it has been a learning process using my washer. I had a front loading Whirlpool washer before but this is quite different... I was worried when the 2nd load I washed the machine vibrated quite badly. Since then I learned that some loads you don't want to uses the fastest spin... Other than than experience I have enjoyed using the washer... I like the quick wash. I have used it once.

The washer and dryer were easy to install and work well. They are quiet and easy to use. Drys well.

It is washing clothes very well at all settings. Easy to choose settings.

Quiet, efficient - beautiful design. Only one small complaint, you have to hold the start button for at least three seconds.

So far so good. It Washes well, and spins quietly. But low to load.

First attempt at washing usual quantity of towels ended with a LoFL message and stopped washing. Could not find explanation of message in manual but it was mentioned on Google. Wound up splitting wet load in thirds and ran on quick wash. Also, no one explained why old rubber hose is between faucet and new stainless-steel hose. Doesn't this defeat the purpose of required purchase of 2 new stainless steel hoses?

Cleans very well with minimal water. Very quiet. Washed 2 twin sized quilts in one load. Many cycle options I haven't used yet.

This is a simple washer that gets the job done. It's actually the best washing machine I've ever used for cleaning sneakers - it does a pretty good job! However, yesterday I noticed that the control lights were blinking in a strange way. I hope this isn't a sign of planned obsolescence or a malfunction. I'm having a bad experience with Whirlpool - the dryer I purchased on the same day arrived broken and Whirlpool has yet to fix it, even after two and a half months.

It is easy to use, quiet, and does a great job washing even my delicate clothes.

I’ve noticed is that when it’s running, it shake so much that the pull-out drawer where you add the detergent opens on its own. That hasn’t caused any issues yet, but I hope that it won’t splash water at some point. If the drawer is open, you can’t open/close the washer’s door. It wouldn’t be a huge deal except that if you forget, I can see how it would be really easy to damage the washer unintentionally. The buttons are also very sensitive. If you brush against them, they will react. The description says they are ADA compliant, but I don’t believe they are. The buttons are hard to distinguish by touch alone

I love the washer. Easy to use. Has many wash options. It's big. I could load my comforter without any problem.
