The washer machine washes really great and I love that I can remove the agitator, but it is noisy. As for Best Buy installers, beware, my washer has been leaking since installation, and now my baseboard is ruined and the back of my new washer is rusting.

I'm still getting used to my new washer. It replaced a Maytag that performed well for 25+ years, which was not an he washer. I'm not sure I like that you put the detergent in the empty barrel 1st then the clothes and the water isn't added until the machine starts & the lid is locked. It all seems so foreign to me. Overall it seems to get the clothes clean so purpose achieved. I do love the removable center agitator!

This is my second time purchasing this washer (bought it for our old house before we moved and again at the new house). The washer itself does the job, however, it is so loud when it is filling with water. I have never heard a faucet so obnoxiously loud.

Unfortunately, I saw the removable agitator and was blinded to any reviews before I purchased. I have never had such a loud washing machine. When the washer is filling and draining it sounds like your entire house is being flooded. The agitator is loud, you can hear a hum and beep while it is running. This sound is heard over the TV three rooms away. Unlike my old washer, this one does not have a digital timer to know when your load is gonna be done. Cant use when anyone is asleep.

Works well, I like the clear top and removable aviator. However it makes a lot of noise the beginning of cycle, really loud banging noise.

Nice washer. I like the options for deep fill. The faucet function is nice since I use liquid and I don’t have to put the soap right on the clothes. The removal agitator is very nice for large blankets. The cleaning cycle will not let you do anything if it hasn’t been ran approx 1 month. I’m glad I read that in a review prior to buying the washer! The only thing I dislike is that it doesn’t have dispensers for soap and rinse. I will never go back to front load. This washer costs me about $20 a month more but my clothes are cleaner!

Revised review from previous one STAR review - which seems to have vanished. Bought this SMART washer in April 2023 to replace a 22-year old DUMB Whirlpool clothes washer which had been a rock during its lifetime. The SMART washer died after 11 weeks and it then took 2 months to get it diagnosed, parts order and the repair completed. Had to pay $110/month for a rental in the interim. Whirlpool warranty folks were very helpful in the process and I was lucky to have an excellent local appliance store which could handle the repair. Today, I am back in business. However, my advice remains, buy a OLD DUMB washer if you can find one. I have no idea why you need multiple circuit boards for hot/cold/warm wash/rinse/drain.

It fit's perfect in our small area and gets the job done. Love the glass top to be able to see inside. Love the removable agitator too!

I originally wanted a different washer but ended up with this set. I am so glad I purchased this. I love the size and the fact I can remove the agitator if I want to fit a king size quilt. I also love that it spins the clothes pretty dry which uses less gas for the dryer.

It is an okay washer. I do like the removable agitator but do wish it had a fabric softener dispenser.

I really like having the option to use or remove the agitator. I don't like how loud the machine is when it's running. (If you have a laundry room with a door you can close, this may not be a big deal.) Also, there is no tray to pour liquid detergent, so I either have to use pods/packs, or pause the cycle just before the wash cycle begins to add the liquid.

Very easy to use and convenient. I have a large family so I use this all the time. The center compartment is removable making it super easy to throw large covers in to wash.

This is the best washer I have ever had! It’s so quiet. Does an excellent job washing clothes, with or without the agitator. Easy to take out and just as easy to put on. I use quick wash only. And it is great. I have no need for the clothes to soak longer. Excellent features…see through top, removable agitator, easy to navigate the key pad and the faucet feature is very helpful if you don’t have a laundry room sink.

We LOVE this washer! It's so flexible when doing laundry as the agitator is easily removed so we can switch to wash a king size comforter, or easily back to items that need an agitator. No more laundromat for bigger items. The water level adjusts itself to accomodate your needs, and has a deep fill level for bulkier items. I feel that everything comes out clean and it spins great so clothing is well drained when done. The delivery was great, they were on time, considerate, and effiecient. Great experience.

My family loves this washing machine and the large capacity it has. Cuts time spent doing laundry down. I can wash my body pillow and our sleeping bags in it. No more going to the laundry mat. I like the fact it has a removable agitator but haven't used it that way yet.

Love the washer! It is so much better than our last one, which was also a new one but had no removable agitator. To get clothes clean on the former one, we had to run the long load and it took over an hour. Happy to say this one moves the loads along quickly and things are already looking cleaner! And for blankets/sheets, remove the agitator - easy!

If you are looking for a great price for a package deal, then this is it. Both the washer and dryer are Fantastic and work amazingly. Love the washer and how it has a removable agitator. Plus the dryer can handle big loads. Worth ever price

Perfect washer love the ability to remove the center piece if I have to wash a blanket. Although, it works beautifully it is LOUD.
