    Missing parts

    The first range was missing the Range Oven Door switch and actuator rod so Best Buy brought another one to swap and that also was missing the parts. Called Whirlpool who referred me back to BB and indicated the units should have the parts. Getting this swapped out for a Samsung...not happy with Whirlpool.

    It was not well made yet it cost enough. The glass top range was hard to use and keep clean. It was flimsy for an oven.

    Very basic stove not great

    While stainless steel- the best thing about it. Bad design under drawer for pots and pans. Drawer is only 1/2 the space it could be. There is plenty of room under the oven, however drawer is only 12" deep. Could be up to 20". Stove temperature controls I like, but very basic settings, low med high, nothing in between. Good if you are not going to cook often or are selling the property.

    Had service out 2 times. First time the motherboard went out in the stove and the second time the 220 line wires burnt in the back of the stove. The service tech said whenever somebody hooked it up which was Best Buy they did not tighten up the 220 line right in back of stove. Service tech suggested was very lucky that the house did not catch on fire.

    3 Months & Already Breaking Down

    It's been 3 months and 4 days since I received this electric range. I don't use it excessively, but I do cook at home. Last night, I turned on one of the burners and it just turned off on it's own. It's been doing that continually since. Really disappointed and service isn't helping.

    The glass surface gets scratches easily I sot some bad scratches in the first week of use

    Looks nice. Worked fine for just over a year, then control panel went out two months past warranty. Would have cost over $400 to repair, plus waiting another 1-2 weeks for parts. Not at all happy about buying another new stove after a year. The last Whirlpool we bought had issues too, so we will be trying a different brand.

    I wouldn’t buy this again. We were in the unfortunate position that we couldn’t view this, or any oven, in person prior to purchasing. Some strange things that we immediately noticed was how obnoxiously bright the time/temperature blue lights are. No option to dim it, either. The oven light doesn’t turn on when you open the door, a minor but consistent annoyance. I highly recommend purchasing a liner for the bottom of the oven due to there not being an auto-clean option. The stovetop is jet black and it’s a headache to keep it looking nice. Other than those negatives, it functions well and gets the job done. My 2 cents..

    This stove came with my house, so it wasn't my choice. My problem with this stove is it does not get hot. If something says it will take a hour it will most like take a hour and a half. The next issue is it does not cook evenly. One side will cook faster then the other. The last issue is the inside the oven seems really small. You can not cook a lot of things in it. This not a stove for people who like cook. The stove would be good for a rental property but not for your own home.

    Awesome Look! Great Price!

    We had decided to finally switch over to Stainless Steel because it's a much better look, and we were looking to sell the house haha. Honestly, the look is great, it fits in nicely and the burners work so amazing. They immediately start burning and quickly cool off. The oven, as far as we've used is great! I couldn't think of a nicer stove for this great price. If you're on a budget, go for it! You won't be disappointed! :)

    Great stove. Has just enough options to meet your needs without being over the top and overly expensive. Inside is good size for cooking big meals. Storage drawer is a little flimsy, but as long as you don't overload it, it does the trick. Love how easy to clean the cooktop is.

    Very Disapointed

    After unpacking the left front burner had a circular ring around it. It looked kind of like film from glue or plastic. I thought it could be cleaned off and I had purchased special glass stove cleaner and sponge. Nope has never come off. Once other burners were used they too developed either same ring or spotty film. Always looks dirty because of this. Had this stove now 1 1/2 years and now oven giving me an F3 error code. Thank God I bought the 5yr protection plan. Never thought I would have to use it. Calling today to have it repaired. Found the top burners either run too hot or not hot enough. I have a feeling this particular stove electrical computer was off from begining? I had a electric stove for 13 years and never had any problems with it. I personally prefer a gas stove. But any electric stove just takes some adjusting baking and cooking with it.

    Don't forget to calibrate the oven...

    I've had this stove for a few years now. Mostly, it works great. I did notice last Thanksgiving, that it took hours longer than it should have to cook my turkey... I checked the actual temp inside and it was 60 degrees lower than it should be. So, I calibrated it, which brought the temp up 30 degrees higher. Now, I cook accordingly and the oven has been fine.

    Waste of money

    Sadly disappointed

    My oven shuts off automatically out of the blue. At first I thought it was operator error and it was my fault and I was pressing the cancel button on the oven when I meant to stop the timer. It happened every once in awhile. Now? It happens a LOT and last night I didn't set a timer or anything to see if that made a difference. Nope, shut off. By the time I was confident it was a problem with the oven and not me, the warranty is over.
