Just had it installed which went great and everything is great

After the first 6 cycles of use we are impressed with the whirlpool quality and results of our laundry

Works great. Only had it a few weeks but so far so good!

We did the Consumer Reports research and although Whirlpool may not be in the top 10, our old front loader washer and dryer that lasted 20 years was a Whirlpool and Best Buy had the newest model, at the best price with a good extended warranty. Nowadays all electronics break sooner than we would like, and nothing is 100% made in the USA, and we have family who have not had good luck with LG or Samsung. Best Buy delivered within 3 days and the installers were careful with our home and no issues so far, but it has only been 2 months.

I love my new washer and dryer! I spent a bit of time researching and hunting for a new washer and dryer. The reviews on other machines helped in my decision on settling for this set. So glad I did!!! Thanks to all those who left reviews that assisted in my purchase!

This item is great. It does its job well, have had no issues with it. Bought it as a replacement for an older washer and can see the improvement on how it cleans clothes.

The washer controls are well marked and easy to read even when the machine is powered off. This is a plus over the all-electronic button controls. The machine is quiet

Amazing customer service and satisfaction! We had a problem with our Whirlpool 5.0 cu. ft. front load washer..defective door/drum gasket. Best Buy replaced this washer with the exact same washer...no defects..No questions were asked exact "do you want to replace it with a new one or do you want money back". We love Best Buy on 83rd and Bell/Arrowhead and we love our new washer and matching dryer! The washer is smarter than I am! hahahaha
