So far, I really like this washing machine. I love the removable agitator. It's very easy to take out and put back in. It washes well and has cycles that work for me. The only downside to me, is that it is deep. I can't reach the bottom of the tub to get the clothes that are sitting on the bottom. I have to use a step stool and a grabber to reach them. I'm about 5'4" so not really short, but it is just deep. But it's nice and big so I can wash comforter's and blankets without any problems. I think it's a really great washing machine. It's easy to use and gets my clothes clean.

Great washer with a lot of space. Very efficient and cleans clothes well. Clothes come out clean and the soak feature is awesome.

Love my new Whirlpool washer with the 5.3 tub size. The agitator can be removed if needed.

This machine is a gem! I wasn't aware of just how bad my previous washing machine was until I bought this one. I washed clothes that just came out of my old one, and they came out noticeably cleaner. My clothes have never been so clean and smelled so good. I love the auto detergent mode. There are so many washing modes you can preset on this too. Also, having the option to put the agitator in or out is great. Very easy to use too. I would recommend this to everyone. Well worth the purchase!

Great washer, especially the removable agitator when you want to wash my comforters!

It seems it's a good washer so far. I don't know it's only been 3 days that we had this. Like all the features on this washer. Like that u can remove agitator off and on.

Was looking at other brands but the Whirlpool was a good deal for what you get. Have been happy with its performance. Like the removable agitator.

So far so good. I think my clothes get much cleaner and fresher smelling with the top load versus the front load I had prior to this machine. I love being able to add the extra water so items actually ge clean.

Very loud, not sturdy, dosen't wash well, and very low quality manufacture.

We love it!!!! Spent twice as much on a top rated front loader that smelled so bad like mold and was only 1 1/2 years old. We sold it for $150.00 and bought this one. It is unreal!!!! The cloth smell fresh and seem so much cleaner. Anyone looking to purchase a new washer should consider this one. A great decision on our part.

This machine is great, i love the load and go option. Also has an option to remove the agitator for larger loads.

This is sooo much better than our crappy Samsung washer we had before. It has a great load capacity, the smart detergent dispensing makes for less work. The modes and features are easy to use and understand.

Difficult to adjust for excessive vibration during some spin cycle. This excessive vibration will eventually shorten the life of the machine. Manual could be better, and more information should be included. Manual as provide is hard to fully understand how to operate the washer.

We had our last washer and dryer for 16 years. They were front load machines. Our washer vibrated so much that it "walked" on the floor of our laundry room. We decided to replace with a top load washer and pull-down front door dryer. The washer delivery came as expected. We need to wait approximately one month for the matching dryer. The washer takes a little bit of time to understand the buttons and cycles. The instruction manual is helpful. One important thing is if you choose to use the Wi-Fi feature, the load must be ready in the washer and the lid closed, or the Wi-Fi will need to be reset before you start the cycle. We like the Load and Go detergent feature and the icons on the screen for the different functions - detergent level, fabric softener, Wi-Fi, etc. This machine has a very deep tub which allows us to wash bigger loads than our previous machine. We are now able to do bed quilts and throw rugs since the agitator is removable for large, bulky items. The Wi-Fi is handy to check the status on your mobile phone. It helps if you are in a different location in the house, not near the machine.

This washer is quite and has a large capacity. Like the fact the agitator is removable.

Excellent. Had a front load washer for 15 yrs. This is better. Not sure if my water bill has increased yet. But the laundry is clean, rinsed well . Love the removable agitator. I hate the load n go feature. I dont use it. There should be a dispenser for single use, ir when a different detergent is used.

So far I really like the ease of use and simple selections. I love that I can remove the agitator for items like comforters and quilts. Big plus!!! Plus it measures the load and adds the appropriate level of water. So cool!! Whirlpool girl for life!!!

The washer does a great job. I've had Whirlpool front loaders for years that did not offer the level of wash or options as this one does. Additionally, front loaders tend to leak have more problems, so I didn't want to deal with this anymore! I strongly recommend this model instead of front loaders.
