    Clothes come out ao clean compared to out old front loader. Just have to make sure you load balance the machine

    I specifically chose this one for the presoak and mobile app options. Both work wonderfully (bought in April 2023). I like the pretreat option (little scrubber and water stream) that is convenient for kids stains. Also stops cycle when is unbalanced.

    The machine works great. I had a little trouble at first because it is more advanced than my old machine, and I had to read and learn how to use it. It does far more than I had expected.
