This is a good Washer not a great washer. It has so many features but to get you clothes the cleanest it seems that you have to be in deep wash mode leaving many others usles. But size matters in our family and this one is huge.

We bought this to replace a Samsung front loader. We've had it about 2 months, so far so good. We'll never buy a front loader again.

Washer is nice. Looks good. Controls are easy. Clothes tend to be very wrinkled when they are done. I hand dry shirts and this has caused problems for us.

Do you have problems with chicky nuggies? Maybe your caretaker won’t let you play with a little ball off the handle of his spaceship and the frustrations led to a giant spill on your clothes? Sound like you? Then this washer might be for! Go ahead and give a try!

I purchased this washer for a rental property. It seems to be be a good one. I chose a top loading washer because I worry about water leaking out (this washer is on the second floor in my rental). The only downside to a top loader is that they take longer to wash. Over all, it's pretty good and looks nice for my renters.

Lots of room. Multiple options/cycles to choose from.

Bought this top load washer after reading rave reviews.. Does not use enough water to wash clothes completely. I went back to a front loader and very satisfied and a much better wash

Have had 3 units in 6 years, due to failure. Hope this one lasts longer.

Purchase these item as an open box from the start. Worse mistake I ever did. Had to return both items and purchase new machine fresh out of the box. It's has been over a month and I still cannot be Best Buy to delivery my new dryer and get this piece of juke out of my house. Very disappointed with the product and with best buy, with promises they have not been able to keep and fulfill.

We purchased this to replace a 3 year old Samsung front loader that would have required a $700 repair for bearing noise. The wife decided on a top loader for a change and this was a bad choice. Yes, I am familiar with HE designs thus use of less water but this thing only puts about 1-2" level of water even with "Deep Water" selected. It dampens the laundry but does not wash it. Yes, the house water inlet pressure and water flow rate at hose is at the top end of required specifications so no problem of water source. Used for a week, decided to return it for another brand front loader; it gets delivered tomorrow. We did continue using it for an additional 3 weeks awaiting new delivery and no matter what cycle/program used it does not clean very well. Best Buy has been very accommodating with this issue and while I would (and have) purchased additional appliances from them I would not recommend this washer.

This is a very poorly designed washer. I have it for less than a year. Many times some clothes came out dry and stained after wash. Clearly the water level the machine allowed is way too low. This is even after choosing the deep water mode. Today I contacted Whirlpool customer service online and I received the most unbelievable response ever. "The washer has a low profile impeller and the clothes should be loaded around the drum in loose heaps. This may help the washer operate better all around and give a better wash performance." After I don't know how many years since the laundry washer was invented that we have now going backward as we need to load clothes a certain way in order for the washer to work properly from a major appliance manufacture such as Whirlpool. This is just unbelievable. If this is the response they provide for their customers, I'd strongly advise all consumers to stay away from their products as they definitely are not enforcing enough quality control.

The washer looks elegant, buy I wish there was more information about how to use it.

I love this washer. I haven't had any problems with it since I purchased it over a year ago. It does take longer to wash, but otherwise works great!

So far so good. We had the previous model and it lasted for almost 9 years and we've heard good things about this one.
