I love this range , burners works great clean with blue flames no smudges on pots I selected a good range .

Hadn't even made the first payment and the oven already doesn't work. The oven only worked once an never ignited again. Ive already made an appointment for the technician to come to inspect the oven. We had to buy the warranty through Whirlpool in order for them to come out, so that is an added cost. The center burner also does not light evenly when you turn it on. Very disappointed in this Whirlpool product.

I am VERY unhappy with this range. It was installed about a year ago. First, there is a flange that sticks out from the control area that prevents me from using both the back and front burners at the same time. See photo 1. If I want to use the front burner, I have to move the teapot completely off the stove. The back control unit is a full 5 inches deep to the front of the flange, drastically reducing the amount of burner surface. Second, the front right burner (the one I use the most) does not work on the lowest flame setting. Twice, when set on low, the burner has gone out without my knowledge and the kitchen filled with the smell of gas. Now, if I use the front burner on low, I have to keep checking to make sure the burner is still lit. Third, if I ever use the oven, I can't use the oven and any of the back burners at the same time. In fact, when I turn on the oven, I must move all things from the top (teapot, pans, etc) because the heat from the oven blows directly onto the top surface and anything sitting on the burners gets blazing hot. In the end, I am so disappointed with this stove.

Have only had it for a month but love it. I didn’t think it would come with the griddle and third shelf and it does. My only issue is the grates open up too high so hit the overhead microwave

So far so good installed one month ago. like the grates on top and how easy to move seems like a good unit and very easy to use Will admit they make and invest so much in some parts and yet the bottom storage drawer is cheaply done metal

I purchased this item as an open box with a small dent on the side, which is hidden next to another appliance. At first it was hard to get used to the buttons and their functions. The manual did help, user experience will solve that. I like the looks of the grills, how they open via the outside hinges, the control buttons. The stainless finish looks great. The oven worked perfectly. The WiFi feature (wps) connected easily. Connected remotely well with the Whirlpool app from my phone. I'm pleased with the purchase.

I bought this oven for many reasons one of which was the WiFi capabilities. I have yet to get the WiFi features to work. I work in IT and know how to connect equipment to my network. The problem is their app is buggy and doesn’t recognize that the oven is connected to WiFi. Save yourself $400 and get the model without WiFi, it’s the same oven and you won’t have the headache of wishing their app would work.

My wife loves the 5 burners and the black stainless. Burners work great and light quickly and oven works great so far.

I have done my research before I made this purchase. I shopped among other brands to include the exalted Wolf brand (which costs over $3700 more.) This unit is rich in features. The main reason I made this purchase was for the True Convection feature which reduces cooking times and costs. I prepare a lot of food. I have found this unit to be feature rich with rock solid stability. Have owned Whirlpool ranges before. A solid performer at a very reasonable price. It comes recommended.

Like the looks of the stove. Was hard to get used to after using a thirty year old one. Now I love it.

Very good product, easy to use and the wifi portion of it are great!

I thought it came with a broiler pan, but found it didn’t. Having to wait 2 months first for a defective stove and then for a good one is aggravating. First try at air frying with the convection feature didn’t work as well as an old stand alone air fryer. I’m still angry about being left with an installed defective stove that I had to remove and reinstall my old one.

Top of oven is very easy to clean. The grates just lift up off to the sides. Only downside so far is that there is no back light behind the oven controls. This just makes it harder to see if you don't have a bright kitchen.

Awesome gas range! I love the stainless steel finish.

I brought this range about a month ago since mine went out. It’s worth every penny if you ask me. I have not figures out all the features yet but so far so good!

Purchased this open box at my Best Buy store down the street from my house. Was not missing anything and so far it’s been great has wifi connection to preheat your oven which is kinda cool. Overall no issues so far with it. Great purchase

I wish I could give it 5 stars, but the quality and wi fi feature is just not up to par. If your wireless runs on 5G, then it will not connect. Also, the dial lettering wipes completely off when you get oil on them. The enamel material on the stovetop is not easy to clean at all even if you use Easy Off, clorox wipes, ammonia or simple mixture of dish soap and hot water. No matter what you use, it leaves a film. Be prepared to continuously wipe any spill. I also did not like the racks. In concept it sounds good for them to be attached, but when you have to wipe spills every time, it can become cumbersome removing and reattaching. I do not trust the latch to hold it up. Other than that, it does cook very well and looks nice.

Took us a minute to figure out the buttons but after that it’s great. Works well for all types of cooking
