I’ve had this gas dryer for a couple of weeks now. I can tell you it’s a good dryer. Fits well in a smaller space (it’s 26” deep, with a flat back, which is smaller than most). My only complaint is that it’s pretty loud. Not Harley-Davidson loud. But noticeably louder than even the 30-year old GE dryer it replaced. I don’t know if it’s the motor, or the thinner steel (it ‘feels’ thinner), but if you think a louder dryer will irritate you, then you should keep looking. It’s a good dryer, it seems, though. And I like Wrinkle Guard.

    Sooo Loud and Ruins Clothes!

The only reason I bought this dryer was because of space constraints. I never write reviews however I thought I would share my frustrations with this dryer in case you are considering purchasing it. The two things I hate most about this dryer is: 1) I have it inside my home in a hallway and it is soooo loud. It is the loudest dryer I have owned! I have had it 10 months and can't stand it anymore. I thought there was something wrong with it when it was first installed. Even the installer thought it was loud. I dread having to do laundry due to noise. 2) Inside the drum there are round air vents on the back panel. The air vents suck light weight clothes up against them where they remain for the entire cycle. When the clothes are removed the pattern of the air vents are embedded into the clothes. You have to rewash the clothes and in some cases they do not come out. Even trying to iron them out doesn't work. Many of daughter's tops have been ruined. She hates it too!

    Loud but Works Well

Received this dryer last week and it is incredibly loud. I have a very small laundry room between my attached garage and living room, so noise is a bit of an issue. Unfortunately, my space for a dryer can't accommodate anything larger than this unit... so I'm suck with it. It's also incredibly pricey considering everything about this dryer screams, 'bare bones." I assume the small size is the main contributing factor driving up the price and demand. Aside from my personal beef, the dryer performs well and only time will tell how long this 'Coke can' dryer will last.

the size is our limit, so we need to stick to this machine. IT took forever for the machine arrive. like a month. And it's not a fancy model. It's loud and the energy efficient cycle doesn't dry the clothes very good. I am worry about the dial button will fail mechanically later. Too bad we are force to buy this machine and the best buy experience sucks

I live in a townhouse and my laundry room is upstairs in a small closest. This is the only dryer that I could find to fit. It's a faltback dryer so you don't have the big lump in back. The performance of the dryer is great. It is a little pricy but a good dryer.

Our old dryer would take 50/60 minutes on high. This dryer on auto will take 35/40 minutes and does excellent job.
