||Posted .Owned for 1 year when reviewed.Terrible quality. Knobs aren't stainless. They're covered with a stainless looking sticker. Peeling after one year. Whirlpool won't back the poor design with a replacement. Design flaw and cheap shortcut to LOOK like stainless. Iron grates no longer stay raised and fall straight to the counter. Design flaw. Whirlpool replaced the grates but the new ones fall too. Can't fit 4 pans on the burners. Center burner is useless. Downstairs generate any real heat for cooking.

||Posted .Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.Absolute worse oven we have purchased. Oven temperature rises to above 500 degress when it is set to 350. Had it repaired 3 times through GeekSquad so far and I am returning it to buy an LG oven like the one in my other house that has worked flawlessly for 8 years,

||Posted .Neither oven ever maintained the appropriate temp. It was ok at first because I used a thermometer, but after a couple years, it's just a nightmare.

Need installers that know propane installation
||Posted .Took a month to get installer here. Installation was scary because installer had to go to utube to figure out propane installation. Stove top grids were bent. Still shows orange flame instead of blue.

Posted .If you use your self-clean feature, you'll likely need a service call to replace ignitors or the control panel. Two-years in and I am on my third ignitor. The service guy flat out told me do not use self-clean. Had the exact same problem with my Jenn-Air, and they are made by the same manufacturer. The middle burner is too weak to fry bacon, had a tough time even cooking a pancake. It is just plain useless. Do not waste your money on a griddle. Upper oven is convenient, but the upper rack setting is too high, and the lower rack setting results in the rack hitting the door and slanting as you pull it out. If you use your oven a lot, and you are determined to buy this one, get an extended warranty or you will be sorry.

||Posted .Cleaning is difficult, the stove top paint looks as though it has bubbled up around the burner. The grates need to be held or removed when you’re cleaning it.
