The door gets very hot, you cannot touch the outside of the door for more than a couple secs. If I would have known that I would not have purchased this product

The oven and stove seems to be working really well. However, I am having trouble cleaning the glass stove top even though I bought special glass and stainless steel cleaner.

My new stove has some really great features and I was very happy with the purchase. I was NOT happy with the delivery - the truck drivers showed up, brought the new stove into my garage and took out my old one. They took one look at the electric plug that had to be installed that morning by an electrician and told me that it was the wrong one. I told them that it was the one that showed in the picture of what I was getting.They called the warehouse and went back and forth for about 20 minutes. They then told me that they had q0 more deliveries and were not going to hang around while this got settled. And left the stove sitting in the middle of my kitchen. Warehouse personnel told me that it was my fault that the wrong plug was installed and I needed to get the correct one. I did that and a friend helped me put the strove where it belonged. However the "care book" said "do not use until the stabilizer block was installed. Not only did the first delivery guys not put it in - I didn't even have one! I finally got picked it up at the store and waited another few days for yet another crew came to install that. These guys were GREAT and pretty much made up the blank blank blank people who delivered it first.

I love the way the slide in glass top fits. It cover the cracks of the counter tops make a sleek look. You have to clean the glass top after each use or else the gook is hard to clean off. The convection works like a charm. I am very happy with this oven.

We love the frozen bake feature. We were a little skeptical, but the oven has preset cooking for cerrtain items like frozen pizza that requres no pre-heating which saves time. The convection baking works very well, so much so that you have to be careful not to over cook. We have had it for a few weeks now, and so far everything works great!

The range I replaced with 25 years old. I have been looking for years for a slide in range with front controls that would fit into the space. This range is flush on the back and doesn't have any lips on the side; exactly what I needed. I made Thanksgiving dinner for 20 with my new range and it worked great!

Performs as advertised. Attractive addition to kitchen.

The look is great and matching to my other accessories. There is no fear of spilling something on it and then heating elements going bad. There is one drawback , there is no accessory suggested which can sit flat on this stove, so you do not have to hold the handle of the pans otherwise it keeps spinning on the stove and leaves a mark on the ceramic. Also I did buy a razor blade and spray to clean it.

It looks great but unfortunately after receiving two dented ovens and Best Buy saying it would take another week on top of the three waiting for a non-dented one, I canceled the order and bought somewhere else.

I bought this stove and I have to say that it looks really nice. I have not used it yet because it is for a rental unit but I like its look and functionalities. Might know more later on after it has been used a few times.

I recommend this product. This is a very handsome appliance.

Thank you Best Buy for having an open box slide in range. The price point was compatible with standard ranges by it being open box. And Whirlpool quality shows everywhere. The only down side is having to arrange and pay for delivery of open box appliances, but Best Buy had the contact information for a really great delivery service that added about $90. Remember to remove the cord off your old range or you will need to buy one because surprisingly a cord is not included.
