I have had this dryer for a little over 3 weeks and it works wonderfully during this short time. It has energy setting for time dry and what used to take two cycles to dry a comforter now only takes one. This dryer is also very quiet and has a wrinkle free setting. The only complaint is very small and will only effect those who are clean freaks, the lint trap is located on the top of the dryer unit so emptying the trap leaves fuzz, hail, lint, and whatever else gets caught on the top of the dryer.

Needed to replace my old and inefficient dryer, and wanted a hamper door. This dryer is quiet, dries in a fraction of the time, and dries completely (even towels!). Very happy with the purchase.

This is the first dryer I have ever purchased and I really like this dryer. I got a great deal on it when I purchased the washer that came with it. It is quiet and has a wrinkle shield that I really like. I really like the energy efficiency and the end of cycle signal that lets you know when the clothes are dry. I would recommend this to anyone.

Have had this dryer for just about month now, very spacious and efficient. The smart sensor wrinkle guard actually works, although some will still probably prefer an iron. Excellent value and quality for the price.

Dryer is easy to use (of course). I love the energy preferred setting, dries my clothes pretty good. It's quiet. I love grabbing my clothes out of the dryer as soon as it's done and its not burning hot!

Great price, high quality, quiet, thoroughly drys all clothes the first time. I am very happy with this dryer and expect it to last 10-15 years like the dryer it replaced!

I wanted to get a dryer with all the bells and whistles, but since it's just my hubby and me and there's not as much laundry now, the big guy said no. And now that I've been using it, I really like it. It drys great and in shorter time than my previous dryer, and it's really quiet. And truthfully, although I love the idea of all the bells and whistles most of the time I end up not using them. So I got a great machine for a great price. What's not to like.

This dryer has an easy to use function. It has an energy efficient setting and my clothes are always dry. It also has a cool feature that enables you to be able to keep tumbling your clothes after the main cycle as long as you turn it on before the end of the cycle. So I you need to go make dinner, you can just turn the knob and it will keep rotating your clothes around every couple of minutes. This really helps to prevent wrinkles, (Love this)!!!!

I was in the market for a high efficiency washer and dryer. As it turns out there isn't really a high efficiency dryer. My friend who is a technician recommended a basic Whirlpool model. I purchased this one because it matched the washer i purchased. The dryer is very simple to use with the settings being a set of knobs. The machine drys efficiently, but with a little more noise than I would like. When the machine is running with the door closed, noise is not a big deal. I recommend this machine to anyone looking to skip the bells and whistles and get a product that works.

This dryer is quiet and does not heat up the laundry room like the dryer it replaced. The controls provide a good number of easy to understand options, and the buzzer is loud enough to hear through a closed door. The door opens forward and down, so clothes never fall onto the floor. Also, the door doesn't take much room to open. But the lint filter is very long and seems somewhat flimsy, and the machine is built with thinner sheet metal than our old dryer. These may be non-issues, but only time will tell. Overall I'm very happy with this dryer's design, performance and price.

Unit has the drop down door, I prefer this so that I can use it to help sort and fold clothes, prevents it from falling on the floor when I am working with my dried clothing or putting items in the dryer. ease of use, drys fast and don't have to use multiple times which should result in a cost savings in energy, have not had long enough to evalulate.

I bought the dryer because Whirlpool is a quality manufacturer and the dryer is high efficiency. Easy to use controls, works great.

This dryer is simply amazing. Quiet and easy to use. Don't need anythign but hot air to dry our clothes!! This one fits the bill, the only downside is it doesn't make coffee!

Not the fanciest dryer, but gets the job done! Drys completely and quickly--large capacity too.

I am still enjoying the novelty of a dryer that works. Compared to my old dryer this is a great improvement. The front opening is convenient but I have to be sure to fully open it as the closing mechanism is strong and it snaps shut if not fully open, ie down. My other adjustment is with the lint trap. It is standard to many other dryers but my old one was easier to remove. This design may actually trap more lint which is a good thing but I am afraid of damaging it when I slide it back in. Also, still trying to figure out how to turn off the end of cycle signal, scares me every time.

This dryer was a great purchase! It performs excellently for the price. Its easy to load, works perfectly and efficently. It has a number of different settings and I'm very happy with all that I have used so far. The lint trap was a bit tough to find, as I expected it to be inside the machine. I love the wrinkle setting at the end of the cycle, as I sometimes forget to unload the dryer immediately!

Good price, with delivery, hook-up and haul-away of my old dryer included at no extra charge (thanks Best Buy!). Dryer is quiet and dries full load completely on efficiency setting. I wanted a hamper door for convenience of loading/unloading, got a good price on this model. Bought a vent pipe that did not fit my house (we have an old vent shaft), and Best Buy took it back with no trouble. Be sure to check whether you need a 3-prong or 4-prong electric cord before ordering. No complaints!

I am very happy with my new dryer. It's easy to use, looks great and seems to dry the clothes faster. It was a good buy.

It was a great price and it works really well and will dry fast. Not abnormally noisy we are super happy with it!!!
