We purchased this dryer about a month ago to "match" our existing Whirlpool washer in a home we anticipate selling within 2 years. The sensor dry setting is pretty weak, so I usually have to turn it back on after it the cycle is through to finish the load (clothes and towels). I'll probably switch to a timed dry setting to save on my time and effort which will probably be less energy efficient. We paid approx $550 for the dryer, vent, cord, tax, and delivery. I think it was a pretty good deal for the price, but nothing special.

Replaced my 25 year old Whirlpool with this - so far, so good. Controls basic: 3 temps and cool down. Roomy lighted interior - plenty of space for a comforter. Very easy to install for do it yourselfers.

Don't hesitate to buy this dryer!! Amazing for the price

I REALLY LIKE THIS DRYER. IT HAS LOTS OF SETTINGS AND DOESN'T COOK THE CLOTHES LIKE SOME DRYERS I HAVE HAD.

I like the auto-dry funtion on this appliance. The lint trap is contructed from poor quality materials.

It works as it's supposed to. Shopped around a few stores and found the lowest price at Bestbuy. Delivery and installation were excellent.

This has been a great product for the on sale price when we bought this dryer. Does what it is suppose to, dry clothes.

I need to have the space where I have my dryer at enlarged so I can pull it out from the wall. So my dryer hose can breath.

I hate this dryer!! It is great that it dries quickly, however - every load I have done has hair and even some lint all over everything! I called both Best Buy and Whirlpool - and as it was past 15 days, it was past the Best Buy return policy. Whirlpool said for me to vacuum out the lint trap. Um Ok but all my dryer vents even up through the attic were cleaned just prior to install. Dryer has done this since day one. They also won't do anything because the dryer is "functioning" so it is not a "service" issue. I will never buy another Whirlpool item again. It's like I have big shedding dogs in my home, which I don't - and it's awful. I had a 25 year old Maytag dryer that worked a thousand times better than this one and didn't leave hair all over everything. Disgusting! If anyone wants to buy this it is for sale - I promise there is no hair in the lint trap. It's all still on my clothes!

Good overall dryer. Like the wrinkle guard option that turns the dryer on and off until you can get to the clothes.

Great item no issues with this dryer does the work it suppose to do.

The night mare continues, we ordered washer & dryer in early August. The first set they delivered were both damaged when box's were removed.. They both were re-ordered and the new pair was delivered last week, Wednesday, September 4th. Well when they removed the box on the dryer it had big scratch across the front, which I think the delivery guys did with their box knife. Then after more examination the whole back of dryer was smashed, looks like it was dropped on the backside. They need to reorder another one, will take a week to 10 days. Good news is this washer was OK, we thought. We have used it twice and can't get it balanced and makes a lot of noise. We are trying to get Best Buy to take these back and either give us full refund or let us upgrade to another brand at no cost.. I think a lot of the damage is caused by there delivery guys. If they deliver something please look it over very carefully.

It is a nice product with good feature and design for the price.

A repair should last longer than 45 days. Best buy 30 day warranty is very poor. Should be at least 90 day.You can buy a used car and get a 90 day warranty. I have not even paid the bill and the dry is broke with the same problem. Why would I come back and buy again.
