Takes several hours to dry a load of towels. Any setting other than Hot does not dry - just fluffs. Door is on the wrong side for my washer. Had to buy a second cord that was not needed. Glad I did not have to pay more for he extra non-working features. Doesn't have a pull down door that I wanted.

New drier is great. The wife is very happy. Our old high end Whirlpool was barely working. This one has plenty of heat and gets things dry quickly. My wife really likes the easy access door that opens out flat instead of opening to the side. The washer and drier set was on sale too.

It's easy to use, multiple settings, but it's not complicated to set. It drys in one cycle each time so you don't have to worry about wet clothes when the cycle ends. The price is right if you're not looking to spend a lot of money but want a name brand product that is dependable.

I was looking for an efficient yet simple dryer. I found all I needed in this dryer! Important feature to me was a pull down door. Just my preference. The Energy Preferred and Accudry settings are great. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but a great dryer.

Bought this unit because of having a Whirlpool dryer as my last dryer(this replaces it). I got almost (20) twenty years of service out of my previous unit. So I believe in the brand.

Love this dryer. Clothes come out dry and the dryer is energy efficient. Many settings to choose from. Easy to use. Whirpool makes a great product. Previous dryer lasted 14 years.

Dryer should be more reliable with just 1 electronic module and mechanical controls. My previous dryer had to have it's circuit board replaced 3 times. The price of this dryer was over $100 less than the same model at other stores.

works great and offers enough settings for our needs. has good capacity and is able to be cleaned easily as well. only downside is when removing the lint it tends to get on the machine when trying to place tray back

It has a great price performance ratio. Although it has not equipped with all the fancy function, what you really want a dryer do are all there. It has kind of noise when loaded and running, but at a endurable level. In general, I recommend this dryer to my friend.
