I was skeptical purchasing a ventless dryer but it has proven to be a workhorse. Drying times are reasonable fast. The built in sensors prevent over drying. The washing machine is great at cleaning clothes and maintaining the integrity of the fabric. Color and material hold. Both are fantastic items and fit perfectly in our home.

I can’t make any comment for this unit as it was returned not to a malfunction. It was my fault by not measuring if it fits in my laundry closet.

I bought this about 3 years ago. At first it worked great. It was energy efficient, the size of load it would take was good. However there is a fundamental flaw in the maintenance of this dryer. The AC coils inside are inaccessible by normal means and requires a complete disassembly to really clean them. Without doing this, the coils will clog up and dry times will double with moisture and dirt issues becoming a real problem.

Within 3 weeks of installing this dryer, we began receiving an F9 E1 error for the water pump not functioning regardless of the type of cycle run. The drain location was below the dryer height and should have had no issues. Geek squad came to my home multiple times to replace components of the dryer to no avail. Dryer continued to malfunction and is now being replaced by Best Buy over a year later. If still considering this type of dryer, know that your dry times may be longer than you are used to with a vented dryer.
