    Delivery was on time and professional; although items were not installed as was promised. when substitutes were requested, the substitutes were promised the following day, which did not occur. When dates were attempted for delivery of substitutes, nothing was accomplished. Finally, the landlord installed the initial items which negated the necessity of replacing them with substitutes.
