I Love My New Whirlpool dryer I purchased from Best Buy.

Delivered with three large dents, one on top left and one on top right and one on bottom right.

Electrical issues with in unit power distribution wiring. This wiring problem has caused an arc fault that has burned the ground, hot and neutral together. Unusable and this happens right after return window.

I bought this Whirlpool 7 cu ft electric dryer from Best Buy in March 2023 for $550 after my old dryer died, leaving me with the laundry for a household of six and nothing but hangers and the wind to get clothes dry. With four kids and endless loads, I needed something reliable, roomy, and ready to work right away. This dryer has been a solid choice. It’s big enough to handle comforters, sports uniforms, and several days’ worth of clothes in one go. The AutoDry feature stops right when clothes are dry so they don’t shrink, and the top lint trap is quick to clean. The drum light makes it easy to spot that last sock, and while the end-of-cycle buzzer is loud, you can shut it off if you want. The controls are so simple that starting it “all by herself” is one of my four-year-old’s favorite parts of doing the laundry. It dries fast, hasn’t let me down once, and while it’s not flashy or loaded with tech, it does exactly what I need—keep a big family’s laundry moving without fuss.

Does the job. Not fancy but hey less parts that can break. Easy set up and it dries. Thats what I needed lol

BOUGHT IT AGAIN FOR DUPLEX⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Game Changer for Laundry! This washer and dryer set has made laundry so much easier! The washer cleans clothes thoroughly, even on quick cycles, and is surprisingly quiet. The dryer gets everything dry in one go, with no damp spots, and the lint filter is easy to clean. Both units feel sturdy, look great, and have plenty of settings for different fabrics. I’ve noticed my clothes come out fresher and softer than with my old machines. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade!

We’ve purchased Whirlpool washers & dryers (even a refrigerator and water heater) for about 20 years. Our recent Whirlpool dryer lasted 11 years and the Whirlpool washer is going on 12 years. The entire size of this dryer is smaller than the previous but has the same large capacity so I like the reduction because it takes up less space while keeping a large drum. I also liked the availability, delivery time, and installation. The delivery team was courteous and efficient. Do not forget to purchase a power cord and dryer vent for the electric model and check any offers Best Buy has for free delivery & installation & haul away.

I am extremely happy with this dryer! My old one had lasted a long time and I just knew it was time to get a new one so I decided to go with something that was a little better but not necessarily top of the line because I’m an older person and how much longer can I dry clothes ha ha! Anyway, it’s very efficient gets it done in one cycle, and is quiet which is an important factor in an apartment. As long as I get everything out when the dryer is done I am not doing any ironing these days. And just overall would recommend this drive to anyone that’s looking for something that’s going to work efficiently Without a lot of aggravation. Good product!

Dries well, even just using the medium heat setting. I like the large drum size, and the ability to air dry, a feature that our Samsung didn't have, When our washer dies, we will also replace it with a Whirlpool. My parents had a set of Whirlpool washer and gas dryer that lasted forever.

The dryer has done a fantastic job in my new house. It works very well and have had no issues. I installed it myself and it was super easy and took very little time. It was also pretty easy to move into the basement with my wife. Highly recommended.

This is a great dryer with plenty of room for large items such as sheets and towels; however, I recommend using the "More Dry" or "Very Dry" settings with high heat in order to ensure that items such as towels, jeans, and sheets are completely dry by the end of the cycle. Also, the normal drying cycle is not continuous. The unit stops for a short period of time between the "wrinkle shield" and "cool down" portions of a (normal) cycle. If the cycle notification is turned to the ON position, it will buzz at the end of each step although the drying process isn't actually complete. I recommend turning the notification OFF this mode unless you don't mind your dryer buzzing every 5-10 minutes. Or simply use the timed drying mode.

Delivery was excellent and on time and very informative Very pleased with our new dryer. It can hold a lot of clothes at one time and is very quiet while in use. The dryer has several options to choose from as to which cycle you would. Totally please with all the options available.

The dryer is easy to use and does a nice job. It takes a bit longer to dry than my last dryer, but it is much more quiet. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
