Dryer works well and it was in stock same day. Wish it was cheaper but everything is pricey now a days.

After reading all the poorly rated gas dryer reviews with all the bells/whistles, I decided NOT to purchase the matching dryer that goes with my new washer and go with this bare-bones Whirlpool model. It has the basic functions and dries clothes fast without all the frustrations of the power boost, eco-smart, and dry sense technology. Very happy with this model.

Our 17 year old whirlpool dryer stopped heating. So we bought this one, along with a new whirlpool washer. Install and delivery by best buy was super fast. The dryer itself is roomy and could handle our handle our king size quilt and dried it in a decent amount of time. Not too many bells and whistles, but for my household use it is perfect and easy to navigate. Pretty quiet too. highly recommend.

I bought this dryer and am very happy with it so far! I have had drying issues in the past, but this thing has had no problems, even with heavier items! I got it paired with the matching washer which is not as good as the dryer, but so far I don't have any major complaints.

So far so good, we’ve had the dryer for 4months now. The family loves it, no issues. It’s very spacious on the inside and we love the light too. It matches our washer and is very simple and easy to operate. We try to use the handles gently and keep it clean.

Very unreliable item. Total tech ripped off my floor as they installed it as well. MANY times did I tell them to be careful, but regardless it was a nightmare. The dryer won’t work and these guys just do not care to do things right. Very disappointed with best buy and these total tech services that charge $200 a year to just go drop off the appliance. Brand new it is supposed to be a smooth first experience. Not at all.

This is a fine product for the money. Best Buy service did a great job of helping with a price match so that I paid the lesser price. The service techs installed the new one in a timely manner and did a quality job. The only reason I gave Best Buy four stars is that there was NO way for me to add an extended warranty after purchase other than taking my receipt to a Best Buy store in person within two weeks. Given their stellar online service, I think that they should make it easy for me to add the warranty online. Otherwise, they did fine job.

Dryer was bought “open box” and works like new! Couldnt be happier! Its really difficult to review something that tells you what it is and does in the name. Its a dryer. It drys and does a great job at it. Once, I set clothes in front of it and left... came home and boom. The clothes were dried and the dryer even took the time and liberty to fold them and set them on my bed. It was a touching act of generosity and kindness. Don’t be scared to buy “open box”! Works great! Thanks!
