    Finally a great AC for out sunroom that used to be like a sauna room. I have to say this was the 3rd AC we tried and this is the best unit to have.

    The delivery process was a nightmare it was sent by fedex. The delivery driver refused to help bring up the 100lb package. I’ve had the unit for less than a month and it suddenly stopped cooling. Getting a replacement has been a horror. I paid for protection and still had to go through the warranty. Had to contact two different companies and run through hoops. Very frustrating never had this problem with PC Richard’s.
