This washer looks small, but can handle twice as much as my old style washer I had. My clothes come out very clean and more alive!

I am very happy with this machine. It has made a difference in the way my clothes feel! My clothes are softer and the drying time is significantly less.

Overall I am thoroughly satisfied with this washing machine. It handles any load size you can throw at it and it does so efficiently. We got this unit for an amazing price and that was just a bonus. Being made in the USA was a big attraction for me.My only complaint is that being an impeller style washer, the clothes do end up wound up with each other. This is more prevalent on larger items like sweatshirts, jeans, and bedding. That is a minor issue to deal with though and the clothes always come out very clean!

I realize we are trying to conserve water but these wash cycles use so little water that my darks often come out the dryer with soap residue caked on (i use 'he' detergent as recommended, not excess) I have the washer settings taped inside my laundry room cabinet so I'm using the proper cycles. I wish I could add water! The wash cycles take two to three times longer to wash than my old machine. So not much energy conservation. I really wanted a top-load machine and front-load dryer that had a drop-down door. So I was limited to this brand and model. I miss my old machine! I could wash a load of clothes a lot quicker. I really don't recommend this washer because it takes so long and doesn't add enough water to the tub.

Ok so same as my review on the matching dryer this washer was very odd to me. Not saying odd in a bad way but odd in the sense that I had no idea what washers have turned into after so so many years lol!!! I used without reading the manual and I thought it was broken...so funny...then I read the manual and apparently everything going on was perfectly normal. Who would have thought?! I only used twice so far & for very small loads so I'm not sure what to expect when I put in a lot of clothes but I'm looking forward to the show!

Bought this washer with its matching dryer to replace my very old set. this washer is so quiet and efficient. I am very pleased!

I had front loading machine though this one was a great buy it holds high capacity and easy to access. no more missing socks

I was looking to be energy efficient and this washer was everything I was looking for. The installers didn't install it correctly (the hot water hose was leaking and the washer was unbalanced) so I called Best Buy and they sent a gift card for my troubles. Once I got the washer working properly I was very impressed! It doesn't use much water, yet my clothes were very clean...even big loads! Please follow detergent directions if you are not using High Efficiency detergent. The detergent must be put in bottom of the machine FIRST, then add your laundry. I found out the hard way. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints about this washer.

I love this washing machine! It's not fancy and doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it cleans my clothes!

This washer is small and quiet. It is perfect for the two of us. We have not had a problem with the spin cycle!

Seems alright overall although still adjusting to the minimal amount of water- I like the environmental aspect just not sure the clothes get an adequate amount to clean and rinse thoroughly- even with the selector on the deep water choice the clothes are never fully immersed-even with small load. A little noisier than I anticipated. washes lightly soiled loads well- haven't tried on heavily soiled as of yet- hope the reliability issues others reference have been fixed

We have been considering this washer for a while and finally purchased it. It is everything we had hoped for!

Was worth the money spent for a nice washer and it being too loader

Bought this washer to replace ancient washer that came with our house. This washer was rated high on consumer reports and had all of the specs we wanted. We are happy with it so far. Without the agitator we can fit SO much more in the washer. Our favorite 2 features are the delayed start and the fact that the washer is high efficiency. The clothes have so much water removed after washing that our drying time is super fast in the dryer. My husband loves it!

Cleans good size loads well. Didn't realize it balances itself when a load is off balance - by the time I got th e e yo move clothes it already did.. Definitely had to pay close attention to the load description to ensure the right fit. I AM LOVING this set! Laundry is such a breeze now.
