My wife loves this washer. We also bought the matching dryer.

It was time for a new washer and dryer. We had a front loader which I liked well. But of course over time it became costly. So we purchased a top loader. Had a glass lid so you can see clothes in washer. Note read how too load , Has a lot of options Steam , sanitize , deep water etc. Top loader is a lot quieter and though the tub is deep. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

We always buy Whirlpool, we have read alot of reviews on this washer. We have not experienced any of the negative comments. The few negative reviews I believe were from people who didn’t read the instruction or tried to overload the large capacity drum. We have had the washer for 2-3 months and we would buy again. In 2 months our water bill that has been within $4.00 every month for the last 5 years has dropped $10.00 a month. Our electric has also dropped slightly. We need more time to judge the electric but the biggest change is how quiet the washer is. Controls are simple for my wife who is not a very technology savvy peson. The clothes are cleaner and much softer. It’s almost like that old favorite shirt was replaced with a new shirt. Yes the steam washer is expensive but because it’s so gentle on our cloths we feel it was a great investment. We buy Whirlpool because we have 2 homes and we, replaced our washer and Dryer in 1 home after 18 years, with no repair cost and both units were 100 % functional when we gave them GoodWil. In the other home the Whirlpool units have only had a dryer drum belt replaced in 19 years. Never regretted the upgrade to Steam Washer and Dryer.

Love it. Great for big loads, comforters. But can do small loads too.

Great washer with lots of room! Its so large I can barely reach the bottom to get the clothes out. It's also quiet so I barely hear it running.

Works well, just takes some getting used totoots of new buttons and new controls. Handles large loads easilyand gets clothing clean.

I have owned this washing machine for 2 weeks. The tub is very large. It easily fits the queen sized blankets. I am 5'2" tall. I have trouble reaching the bottom of the tub for the smaller items like socks. I have to use a step stool every time I wash clothes. This washer is also louder than my old front loader. That being said, this washer does a great job and I would buy it again.
