I'm very pleased with the new machine. I've read the manual to make sure I understand the new features. This is key for really getting the benefits from the new technology. And.... you CAN interrupt the machine to add clothes after it's started; there is a button "Start/Pause"... you push that and it will un-lock the lid so you can add whatever you found after you walked away. Some cycles have longer wash times - however drying time is shorter, so the total time to do an entire load from wash to dry is still the same.

This washer is fantastic. It is quiet, cleans the clothes great and has reduced our water usage

Our new washing machine is a stalwart appliance. We purchased it to replace an old model and the new features are fantastic and make it easier to do laundry.

Cleans well. It's our second one in 10 years. Hope this one lasts 10 years too. Motor is solid but replacements parts are very expensive after 10 years.

Great washing machine! Lots of space and very quiet for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a top loading washer.

This washing machine is easy to use and I love the large capacity. I am not longer over stuffing the washing machine, or at least not as much anymore =) Very simple to use, basically if you do the same kinds of wash regularly, you hit ON, and Start. It does the rest. I also like that it locks the lid when in use so kids can not open it and get hurt. I have not tried my comforter yet as it has been too warm to use/get it dirty but I have high hopes my king size comforter will just fit in there.. I am hoping.

Love the machine. My first HE machine. Still gotta get used to all the buttons and find what works best for my family. I do love the cycle timer so you know how much time left

Love this washer, so far (2 months). HUGE capacity, EXTREMELY quiet, does a great job on cleaning laundry. This is our fourth washer over 28 years. Debated merits of top-loader vs front-loader. Decided to go with top-loader, although worried about cleaning ability. Have not been disappointed yet. So quiet that we barely hear it running with laundry room door closed while sitting in den (adjacent room). All three other washers, we HAD to close the door to be able to hear TV. Extremely efficient spin cycle; clothes feel nearly dry prior to transferring them to dryer. VERY pleased with product.

I previous had a Samsung efficient washer that I really liked. It did everything great - easy to use - water conservative and never had a problem with getting clothes clean. I moved and needed to buy a new washer. I looked for a similar Samsung and had sticker shock. A friend recommended the Whirpool Cabrio Platinum and it has surpassed my expectations. It is as good as the Samsung and a little less expensive.

So far no issues! Easy to use, fits lots of clothes!

Was looking for a quick replacement for an kenmore. The kenmore lasted 15 years+. Reading the reviews, it was a mixed bag, and frankly confusing. Whirlpool is overall a trusted brand. I did purchase the five year extended warranty through best buy. Thus far, no issues, easy to use. We have a family of four, and we use the washer at least four times per week. So far have done moderate to large size loads with no problem. Stains come out, no wrinkles, no clothes in knots, no vibration issues. The clothes are not sopping wet, which make the dryers job easier. The price was great, and matched this buy up with the cabrio gas dryer. The best buy folks picked up the old machines and dropped off the new ones on time.

I'm very pleased with this washer. It does a good job getting the clothes clean and is relatively quiet.

I've really enjoyed this product after over a year of use and would recommend it, but it's worth noting that dark clothes sometimes come out with fuzz residue.

this washer is quiet, has numerous cycles for various clothes, and you can fit a ton of clothes in it.
