I would purchase washer machine again. I would recommend it to others.

Overall, we very much like this machine. It does a great job of cleaning our clothes. For a HE machine the wash times do not seem long except for the whites which normally run about 70 minutes. It is much louder than our old conventional machine in our main floor laundry room. In my opinion, the noise is worth it to get the water savings and clean clothes that we get. The only other negative comment I have is that I must turn on the fabric softener option for every load instead of the machine remembering my setting.

I wanted a new high efficiency top load washer rather than a front load due to space limitations and this one had the options that I was looking for. The multiple washing options should suit anyone. I am now able to wash my queen duvet cover (and dry it in my matching dryer which i also bought at the same time) rather than having to take it to the cleaners - a definite savings in time and convenience to be able to wash more bulky items at home. That alone was enough to make this purchase worthwhile.

I love how quiet the washer is. I barely notice it's running at all. And My power bill has dropped a lot since my purchase already. I had an old amana. There is a separate dispenser for detergent and softener as well as bleach. Tons of cycles, not that I need them. It even tells you how long till the load is done. I highly recommend it.

This washer is able to take my king size quilt without any problems. It handles small loads well too! Quiet as a mouse. Except for the king quilt, I'm careful to not load more than half way up the bin to protect the washer from too much wear and improve its longevity. Very quiet compared to my old Whirlpool front loader. Both of my front loaders (1999 and 2005) had a longevity of only 5-6 years. I'm hoping that this top loader lasts many years more, for a much lower initial cost.

Happy with washer size and different options. Runs very quit. Wish it had pre-soak option.

Enjoying my newest purchase. I recently purchased a new washer.

If you choose the manual option it is preset on all choices except for water temp and level of wash. You are almost forced to choose the preset buttons. I don't care if the presets are more "economical" maybe I prefer to do my laundry a certain way. Also, miss the agitator. They no longer come with those and if you are washing a blanket you can ONLY put the blanket in because it becomes unbalanced while spinning and then tries to add more water to balance it. You have to turn it off, take out sopping wet items and restart it with a manual process so it doesn't wash everything again. That part is really annoying.

So happy my GE front loader finally quit on me after only 6 years so I could get this Whirlpool top loader. I'm done with the black mold and awful smell of the old front loader. This top loader is fantastic, quiet, holds 2 baskets of laundry with room to spare and cleans effectively.

This is the first brand new washer we have owned and I love it! The price was reasonable, it is energy efficient and has plenty of features for everyone. There is no agitator, so it fits larger loads. We love washing and drying clothes now! We went thru several options for washers and dryers when we purchased this one, come to find out a neighbor posted on facebook that she was picking up the exact same set for her house!

I bought this washer for my daughter (who had a reasonably new front loader that kept breaking down.) She needed an extra large washer because she washes comforters, large rugs, etc., etc. Has told me it's heaven using this washer because it works so well. I have bought many Whirlpool appliances in the past and now I definitely will continue to do so again.

This washer works great and it has enough settings for us. The drum is stainless steel with no agitator and it runs smoothly and quietly. It is very easy to use. The price was the best ,online and in the store. Delivery was quick and installation was less than 5 minutes. It is an energy saving washer that got me a $25.00 from my electric company.

My Old Whirlpool ,18yr + finally gave out and I needed a reliable replacement and after looking at various other company models, I felt confident in the Whirlpool company product.The Cabrio Platinum 4.5 is more than sufficient for my family`s needs;it`s noise level is not to the extreme and cleans the family clothes with no problem what so ever.I`am pleased with my purchase and hope for many years of service with The Cabrio.

We've had this washer for about a month now, and have no complaints. It is quiet and handles large loads efficiently. I've been able to wash my comforter in the machine, and this machine handles the job beautifully.
