It took a little getting used to since I've never owned a HE appliance. But, once I figured out the cycles it does a great job for what I need.

Terrific washer, very large capacity. It spins the clothes almost dry. I know we will save money drying clothes.

I purchase this washer based upon excellent reviews in Consumer Reports but was extremely disappointed. "ve had this washer for 7 months. It does not clean well at all, even though I've tried using different settings. The spin is so fast that all of my clothes come our very wrinkled and I have to iron clothes that never needed ironing before. It also stops frequently since it becomes unbalanced. In short, it' the worst washer that I have ever had.

Hard to get used to the high efficiency model but it seems to clean as well as my old agitator washer using much less water.

Delivered on time and completely installed. Delivery crew demonstrated operating procedure. All packing material removed.

The washer is quiet not as much noise as others thought the machine was. I can't wait to see my first water bill.
