    We installed drier according to manual & tried it out on a load of sheets that took 2hrs to dry. We tried all the different settings.we then had a load of jeans and figured to simply dry them on high heat & we even called Whirlpool tech support who read us thru the manual ,just as we had done , to no avail !

    The dryer is fine though I feel that a Samsung or LG is probably going to last longer. I do like the larger door opening and the fact that it is higher up so it's easier to get to as I don't have it on a pedestal. But my biggest gripe is with the installation service, which appears to be Best Buy but is actually a third party. It seemed okay initially and then about 2 months after it was installed the vent came off of the dryer in the back. It was not easy to get too, but when I did I saw that the installers had just slipped the vent on and had failed to secure it with a clamp. When I went to Best Buy to ask what my recourse was, they said it was a third party installer so there was nothing they can do about it as it was after 30 days.

    Great dryer, huge capacity, fast drying times, great price. Motor just died after two weeks, took two weeks to get a replacement.

    It takes three hours to dry a simple load of towels. I have had many dryers in houses that I have owned and this brand new two week old piece of complete waste of money is so slow I wish I never bought it. Do. NOT buy. Horrid piece of complete garbage
