dryer works great, very quiet , wrinkle guard works , although reading the booklet that comes with the dryer on page 10 it sounds like it is suppose to come with an attachment to dry shoes and sweaters. I called best buy and they weren't sure, when I called whirlpool they said no you had to buy the attachment which I ended up doing, but I think they need to re do the wording in the manual. I was disappointed that a top of the line product would not come with the attachment.

Great technology , dries in less time , great capacity , saves a lot of time since the alarm will sound when the the clots are ready, save a lot of money in the long run, we love our dryer !

This dryer gets the job done in less time and energy! My old dryer I used to have to split up the load. This larger capacity can handle it all in one load.

First off when we were looking for washer and dryer, we originally had Whirlpool and all the appliances in our new house were Whirlpool we never have had a bad experience with them as far as customer service or the products. We read reviews and decided on these. We looked at all the other stores and Best Buy was the cheapest. These retailed for $899 each and we bought the floor models for $699 each and also Best Buy was running a promotion that all sale appliances were an additional 15% off. We ended up getting the washer and dryer and all the hookups and install and delivery for about $1200. They seem to get clothes pretty clean, and the best feature is that both units sense when clothes or dry or clothes are clean and adjust the cycle accordingly. This is a great feature and is very Eco-friendly. Thanks for best buy for a great product and a great deal.

Love this dryer, very energy effecient, dries clothes very fast and has lots of different drying options to choose from. I like the check lent filter indicator light, very handy.

I love this washer - best I have ever owned in my 40+ years of owning washers. Easy to understand, extremely quiet, and does a great job. The washer size is wonderful. I can wash each type of wash in one load instead of 2. One slight disadvantage to me is that at 5' 2" I may be an inch too short to reach the whole bottom of the tub to get out the wash when it's done, I sometimes have to move the tub around to reach the things that are at the rear. Just a minor issue though, the washer is A1 as far as I am concerned.

Got this as part of a clearance set. Definitely has more bells and whistles than I was looking for, but the clearance price was irresistable. Love how big the drum is and the variety of drying cycles I can choose from.

The dryer works well, with most loads dry in less time than I would expect. When I purchased the dryer, I asked about purchasing a vent hose and was told that the hose was included. When it was delivered, they were unable to install it because the hose was not, in fact, included, creating an extra project for me. Installation was fairly easy, but I should not have had to do it myself.

I used to have to turn on the cycle again because my clothes were still wet in my old dryer. This one is perfectly dry when the cycle is done - saving me time and wrinlked clothes!

THIS IS A FANTASTIC MACHINE AND IS GREAT FOR LARGE FAMILIES. IT HOLDS ALOT AND DRYS WELL.

This machine seems to be exactly what I needed. It dries efficiently, and with the wrinkle guard, ironing is at a minimum. Cannot speak to reliability or long term savings as I have only been using it a short time.

The Dryer is very modern with clean, sleek lines. It has many settings for every type of drying need. The ability to control the settings allows you to use less energy consumption.
