We are happy with this dishwasher. It was the right color, fit in a tight space, and holds a lot of dishes. However, the dishwasher is not completely dry after it runs. This is especially dry for the eco-dry cycle.

I have received a new silverware holder, but the same thing happens. I will contact the Geek Squad again to see if they can help any further. With a five year warranty purchase, I hope this problem can be resolved.

Amazed at how much we can get in it for one wash. With the silverware on the door there is more room. But the silverware holder is a pain to get on and off, so I just deal with it on. Overall great, quiet with some basic features. Cleans the dishes. Serves its purpose.

Delivery,set up, and functionality was without a hitch. Was surprised tha t Best Buy had the prices that were very competitive of the other major appliance stores. Will consider another purchase at Best Buy before going elsewhere.

This dishwasher gets the job done. No pre-rinse needed. Easy to install and quiet.

Great washer for the money. One big gripe about setup, Whirlpool does not include the 90 degree elbow adapter for the water line hookup (Garden hose type end that screws onto the washer that adapts to 1/4" compression). They have GOT to include that, it's mission critical for DIY hookup. I went to my local hardware and they laughed about it, they said it happens so often, they actually stock that Whirlpool part because they had so many requests for it! It's a proprietary part that is critical to hookup, that SHOULD come with it!

I bought an open box model. The only down fall was not having the brackets and face plate bolts. No one could find them. But it run awesome.

Although this dishwasher is not the quietest, it is fairly quiet for the price. It was worth the extra 100 for a washer that cleans and is quieter than the lower end brands. The guys did a great job at installing the washer.

For the price and 18 month financing.It fits our needs.Also the brand name is still important.

I did my research and got the best product for my money. This appliance doesn't have all the unnecessary "bells & whistles"; which come on other machines. I just wanted a basic dishwasher with simple instructions. It's more quiet than my previous machine; but I think that most appliance makers are working towards that end.

Dishwasher met or exceeded expectations during installation (self-installed) and use. Looks great after installation and has been in use on a daily basis.

I had another Whirlpool dishwasher which wash and dry dishes very well. this one washes good it does not dry the dishes they are wet after the dry cycle is done.

After comparing prices and what I wanted in a dishwasher. I found that Best Buy did have the best price all the features I wanted. Best of all in stock --free delivery, and like customer service

This is a great dishwasher that met all expectations. I bought this model about 4 years ago when I redid my kitchen and has worked great. I just bought another house and have purchased the same exact model for that house because it has worked so well. The value for the price is excellent.

Performs well and looks nice. I was simply looking for a new machine that works well and matched my appliances. I was pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product.
