This HE washer is a great buy for the low price. Wash cycles take a bit longer than a traditional washer, but that's the same with most HE washers. The noise level isn't too bad and it can wash a good amount in a single load. The spin cycle really dries the clothes good, just be sure to balance out smaller loads (will knock around if you don't) .

Replacing an antique. And it is doing better. Washes better, appears to use less water. Easy access. Absence of impeller is really nice. Can get unbalanced in some (rare) circumstances. Excellent number of features for the price.

The washer is good for the money because it has many features. I wouldn't recommend this washer in laundry rooms next to bedrooms, unless you wash when you're not trying to sleep

works goo jet not used to the noise and way it works. I'm used to the old conventional washers that have a more consistant sound.

It took awhile to figure it out b/c my mother doesn't read English so well, but after it was set and everything was working properly, she loves it. Again another Christmas present and this product fit the bill. She loves the cleaning capabilities and not having an agitator in the middle is something that she absolutely loves!

I've had the washer almost 2 months now and have had no problems. I was a little concerned whether or not the washer used enough water to adequately wash clothes as I work in remodeling and sometimes have very dirty clothes. Once you learn the different settings, it works as well as my old washer but much more efficiently.

This washer is quite,efficient easy to operate. It doesnt have your average adjetator. My clothes are alot cleaner.

I love the way the washer looks, even the stainless steel tub is nice. You can put some really large load in this washer and still get your stained clothing clean. The settings are a little confusing at first, but after a few weeks, I've pretty much got it figured out. It's great that it senses the size load you have and how much water you need. On the downside, it is noisier than other washers I've had, but I can live with that. It may be that I overloaded the washer, but sometimes the clothes get all twisted around each other and I have to untangle them before putting them in the dryer. Makes me wonder if everything got clean, but things seem clean. All in all, I'm happy with it.

Great washer for a large family. The large capacity is excellent for large comforters or several towels. Several settings for washing anything. All the features of my washer are very convenient . An excellent purchase for our family at an even more affordable price. I'm very pleased with my new Whirlpool washing machine.

Early in the game, but so far, this washing machine is doing its job. It was a scratch and dent unit that was knocked down about 50% of original cost.

Ive only had this a few weeks but it seems to clean well and was a reasonable price. Takes some getting used to if you switch from a washer with an agitator and I dont like you cant see it washing the clothes so youre not really sure of the water level etc. but the clothes look and smell clean so Im happy.

Perfect washer for what I need. No bells and whistles, but all I wanted was something to clean clothes. Uses sensors to detect how much water is needed to wash clothes instead of having to pick the water level. It does make different noises then your old school washer, but still not too loud to be an annoyance.

The machine performs as promised, the best part was the excellent service we had from the delivery men.

Average load takes about an hour. Accommodates queen size comforter with ease. Must was black jeans inside out or white streaks will appear.

High efficiency washer, water saver. Gives me a variety of wash cycles for fabric types, but doesn't have dispenser for fabric softener.

old washer over 20 years old, my wife decided she wanted a new, well deserved washer. this one is a great value, it is quiet and gets clothes clean--only used a couple of settings so far, but she is very happy with it..getting used to the system with a washer that has no big agitator in it

Everyone in the center has used it, it's very easy to operate. We enjoy that it has different settings & is very quiet.

Whirlpool has always been a staple in my house. In my opinion, there is no better appliance manufacturer, and they didn't disappoint with this washing machine. It works flawlessly. I would highly recommend purchasing.

We got a great deal on this waher. I only wish it was a bit quieter. It does wash fast and so far I have no problems with it.

The older top loader broke and we quickly needed a replacement for the townhouse. Best Buy stocked an excellent assortment and we trusted the salesman's recomendation. No problems todate. Everything works fine and we are in great shape. Thank you Best Buy!
