This is a great washer and an exceptional value! This is my first washer without an agitator, and I absolutely love it! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality product at a great price.

We waited too long to replace our second hand washer. We started looking at all the different makes and models once our old machine started making really loud noises. Way too many choices when it comes to washing clothes. Best Buy had the make and model we were looking at with the best price. I ordered on-line and schedule the earliest deliver day, which was 5 days out. Two days later, Best Buy called saying they could deliver our washer in the afternoon. They delivered and set up the new and hauled away the old. We've had the washer for almost two months and it works great. The agitator arm in the middle is no longer needed for this model. It saves us on water, soap, and The Energy Star rating is saving us money. A triple win for us.

It has done it job as expected plus more, and it's not as noisey as other washers

This is a very nice looking washer. It uses the latest technology in that it's HE (high efficiency) and does not have the old school agitator. It is also an Energy Star appliance. I'm a single Grandpa and have done my own laundry for sometime. I diffenitly had to refer to the owners manual for the first few loads of laundry because it's just differant than the old school washers. Like other reviews have said, it does make a bunch of differant noises than a traditional washer and it is kind of noisy. If you laundry room is inside your house it might bug! But with that all said, it really cleans your clothes. Very clean! And the spin cycle leaves them very dry. The one funny draw back is, with all of this latest/greatest technology for a washing machine, you have to come up with a "Downy Ball" to use fabric softener! Mmmm... All in all its a very good machine.

This new washer is Eco friendly and will save us money over the long run.

Great washer so far. It is kind of loud but can live with that because of the other great features such as big tub so it can hold more clothes. And cant wait to use the self cleaning function

I first put too many clothes in and the really soiled pants did not come clean I then tried less clothes and the heavy stained cycle and they came out great. Fits a big comforter and not too loud.

Our old washer died, so opted for this model, thinking that this HE model would help with water usage and cleaning. Boy, we were wrong. After trying several brands of detergent (liquid and pods alike), we always come out with soap stains on our laundry. Yes, we do load correctly, and have tried using just a few items to a full load of sheets...) ARG! This certainly defeats the purpose of low efficiency laundry when you have to launder twice! The machine also takes an exceptional amount of time "sensing" the load before the cycle begins, and takes some getting used to with the various "Transformer" like noises it makes during the cycle. Should have went with a front loader instead. Plan to sell this one and do just that! If you are contemplating this purchase, please reconsider.

When our Whirlpool washer bit the dust rather spectacularly, we HAD to get another washer. After researching online, we chose to purchase from Best Buy over other competitors. This wasn't the washer we intended to purchase, as I didn't know much about HE washers. However, the price was just $80 more than the model I wanted, bigger, with more options, and quite a bit more in energy savings. So we went home with the HE washer! I have absolutely loved it! It's perfect for our family of two, although it's heavy-duty enough for a much larger family. It does make many different sounds compared to a "normal" washer, but I'm getting used to them. It cleans my clothes well and doesn't waste water, so that makes me a very happy lady!

Great washing clothes gets everything clean it is load though

This is my first "he (high efficiency)" appliance. It definitely makes some interesting noises. New style and design to get used to, but it does its job. So far so good.

Not too bad, quiet, not make noise. Rest on god hand. Cheap.

It does all the thinking for me. It adds the water based on weight of load. Great price
