I bought this washer unit at a discounted price because it was a floor model. So far I have been very pleased. It handles even the largest load that I have had which used to be too much for my old top load washer. The unit is also very quiet. My laundry room is right next to my living room and I typically don't even notice it running even when I have it on during a movie.

Great washer. It gets all of out clothes really clean.

I really liked the washing machine, it has great reviews. It was working wonderfully until about a week ago.. I am guessing that I had a washing machine that had a problem and was not seen until about a month after owning it. The sales people at Best Buy were great when I went to purchase the washing machine, very friendly and informative. Whirlpool has always been a great brand, and I am sure it still is. I guess I just got a lemon.

Great delivery men - very efficient and friendly. Love the front loader and how it leaves the clothes super dry; drying time has definitely been cut.

After looking for a new washer for a couple of weeks and researching all the different models, I finally settled on this one and couldn't be happier. This was definitely the best value out of all the places I looked at. Great washer.

Best Buy set it up no prob. After first empty wash like recommended. It works awesome.

The product is fine. The delivery and set up process was a problem, but service personal did their best to solve the problems. The process was frustrating at the time, but the eventual solution was satisfactory.

Needed an immediate replacement for top loader by Maytag that was 14 years old. Best Buys sale price for this machine and good reviews put it on the top of my list. Had already replaced a Maytag gas dryer with the previous generation of the Whirlpool Duel model, Best Buy's included delivery and pickup of the old machine was the icing on the cake!

Only been using it for a little over a week but love it so far.

I only had my washer for a month, but so far it is doing a good job. It is so quiet I never know when it's done, however thankfully it has a timer to let you know how many minutes the wash cycle will be!

Delivered promptly and installer gave me tips on maintaining it. I don't have all the settings of the premium washer, but it is much better than my previous model.

This is a pretty good washer and decent size for the price. The salesman Ramon was awesome and very friendly. He made it easy to find the just the right washer without feeling pressured or pitched.

Cheapest price around and also qualifies for rebates from So Cal Edison! A basic front load that does all the basic cycles that you really need. Clothes come out clean and virtually dry so less time drying in the dryer.

Make sure you close the door before putting in soap. I learned the hard way. Bought this unit on sale.
