The installation was easy and fast. But once the installer left I noticed a few things. The vent in the dryter seemed to be worn, brown as if it's already been used and it had a few scuff marks on it. I called the installer but got no answer, But I was able to speak with my original sales rep and we check to make sure that it was suppose to be new and thtat it was the display. So far so good on the unit. m

We bought the Duet washer and dryer. The washer works fine. Gets clothes pretty bright. Not sure though if I would buy again.

This is my first front loader, and it has worked great for the two months that I have had it. I do about six loads of wash per week. The bleach pre-measure compartment is so much easier to use than top loaders.

Love that the washer is really quiet. Having difficulty with the hot, warm, cold wash setting. When I choose a regular wash on a cold setting at some point in the cycle the water gets hot but I can't do anything to the setting once it is set. So I just use the cold setting on the dial and not any of the other settings. Maybe I need to review the instruction Manuel in closer detail.

Same as the paired drier. Easy to use and quiet. I didn't want a front loader, but this thing is great.

This washer is great, its just lacking a particular feature we really wanted - the extended tumble of the clothes after the wash cycle is over. I think its called "TumbleFresh"

Ordering online went very well. Appreciated being told hose needed to be ordered at the same time. Washer works well.

Needed a washer and this was at a great price and came with free delivery. Very low Noise and smart technology. Easy to use and clothes come out great.

This machine does a great job washing the clothes but "WoW" is it loud. I have had a couple of whirlpool washers before and this it the loudest. I think that is the only thing they need to correct.

We bought an open box washer that was supposedly tested. Unfortunately, it looks like Best Buy did not test it. First time using it we found out it was broken. Best Buy had already taken our old washer away. So now out of a washer! Be wary.

Used machine 6 times and it broke.. Geek squad came to look and said they will be back in a week with part. Terrible customer service. Never again will I buy anything from best buy

The machine is quiet, runs loads quickly, tons of washing options, easy to keep clean, looks very nice but the one and only reason that once I sell it that I will NEVER buy another one is because of the rubber door bellow. One month after I owned the machine the bellow tore. I had the repair service come and fix it, 5 month later it did it again, 3 months after that again and now I have just ordered my fourth bellow. The part alone Is over $100 and now I am doing the repair myself because the repair service was never under $350. I could have bought two machines for what I have paid for that one part. I asked the repair man if there was anything that I could do prevent it from tearing, he said "do you wash things with zippers or buttons?" I said "hey that was a real question not a set up for a cheap joke, its a clothes washer didn't whirlpool consider that when they designed the clothes washer that perhaps it would occasionally wash items with buttons and zippers?" Its either what they intended to keep people employed or the dumbest design flaw I have ever seen in a spinning device that holds water. GOOD JOB WHIRL ...POOL HAD NO IDEA IT MEANT I WOULD HAVE A POOL IN MY BASEMENT EVERY 3 MONTHS. THANKS !!!!
