Clothes come out dry. There are many settings, and the steam option is very useful. All in all, very pleased with the purchase and do recommend.

I purchased the Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer as a pair. First "new" washer and dryer I've had in over 20 years. I splurged on these two, since I'm the primary person in the household who does laundry. The variety of settings is great for light loads, bulky, etc. I've had it a month and so far, it's been great. I haven't yet hooked up the steam option, so I can't comment on that functionality yet.

A little confusing at first but quickly caught on how to effectively use the different wash cycles. My favorite is the sanitize cycle because I don't even have to use bleach on whites and it doesn't give stains a chance. My only regret is waiting so long to get a front loader. I'm a fan for life!

This is by far the quietest dryer I've ever owned. It always gets clothes dry on the first cycle and has plenty of options for all types of clothes. And with the paired washer it has the option of steaming clothes. A great buy for someone looking for something nice.

We found this open box and jumped on it. Overall pleased with it. Lots of features that we have to learn how to use. Seems complicated for a dryer. So far we are happy with our new dryer.

Bought this open box, and so far it has worked great. My wife loves that it has a pleasant tone to tell you when a load is finished and makes you want to go do the laundry.

We bought both a washer and dryer made by whirlpool. The Duet is nice looking, runs quiet and has plenty of features for different kinds/sizes of loads.

Not a bad unit but the hose for the dryer's steam sysle that was supposed to come with the unit was missing. Best buy gave us the missing hose but that also required an extra trip.

Great dryer, brand has always been good for me, steam upgrade was to make the wife happy, and now she's very happy.

Dryer works as it is supposed to. It is much quieter than our old dryer.
