It does what it's supposed to -- dry clothes. The new feature for me that I like a lot though is the moisture sensor. I start it and it stops when the clothes are dry. On most loads, it dries everything completely. Sometimes, there'll be jeans with some dampness on the seams, but I'll throw anything slightly damp for a few more minutes (there still is a manual timed dry option). My only gripe is that the buttons are fancy touch buttons. It gives the appliance a sleek modern look, but I miss the old style physical-push dials of my previous dryer. I have to turn it on and then push "play" when in the past, it was only a push-start of a dial. Brushing against the power button can turn it on and if you ever find yourself having to push the buttons more than once, you have to wait a second for it register additional presses. Only minor issues, though. The dryer works well.

I can't say I have any problems with this washer. It is just what we wanted.

I wanted a front loading dryer for a long time and am completely happy with the quality and performance of my new Whirlpool. Got it on sale too!

We replaced our old Duet model with new model. only complaint was the first one was dead on arrival and we had to wait a few days for best buy to bring a replacement dryer.

I had not planned on buying this dryer because the sales person said our perfect good one would fit on top of the new Duet washer we had to purchase. Turned out that the stacking fasteners don't match and the measurements were way off for the two units to stack. Didn't match in color anyway. So, now dryer. The only saving grace is that it was on sale.

The dryer is sometimes an afterthought...until it doesn't perform as intended and gobbles energy/ $'s as well. We have been thrilled with our purchase, and would highly recommend the Duet Combination to anyone who asks us for our opinion. We normally do not write reviews, but felt compelled to offer our perspective regarding such a superior product.

Bought the washer dryer pair on as floor model close outs. I wanted a basic set to stack and use as second washer/ dryer units in the house. We put them upstairs so we would not need to go to basement. Units work well. It has become our primary set.

My husband and I just LOVE this Whirlpool dryer! It is so quite, is energy efficient so we save money and it has a sleek look!

Nice replacement for my old Whirlpool dryer. Similar buttons and similar settings, didn't take long to get this dryer up and running! Very good at getting clothes dry.

We got this a few weeks ago and it's been doing great. I wish there was a way to adjust the volume on the alerts though.
