Good quality filter but on the pricey side! I’ve been using this for a while and it’s real simple to change and use but the price should come down!

This is the best water filter in the world. I love my kitchen aid fridge and my water taste so good. My cats love this water. It’s worth every penny. It’s the only filter for me and my cats !!! If it cost $100 I would still buy this filter. Watch a YouTube video about what us in your water from your city. We have the best tasting water in the country in Memphis & Southaven MS but it taste even better with this filter. There are things in your water you would not believe. I even use filters on my Bio Bidet & my cats Cat Genie. Water filters keep all your kitchen appliances super clean. I don’t get the white stuff in my water pic floss machine since I started using this water filter. I use this filter for my steamers floor cleaners and I use it for my Distiller Water Machine. You won’t regret it and your family and pets will love the taste of fresh clean water.

I bought this filter August 23, 2021. It is now October 11, 2021 and the water flow coming out of this filter now is so slow that it takes over 2 minutes to fill up a 28oz bottle, when it used to take under 20 seconds. It hasn't even been 2 whole months and this filter is useless. This keeps happening, Whirlpool techs have replaced everything possible that could be wrong with the fridge itself, even giving us a whole new fridge, and these filters still provide horrible flow rate. I've attached a photo of how thin the flow line is now. As of the date that I'm writing this, we've had the filter in 49 days. This issue has been this bad for about a week, and was significantly slowing for at least a week before that, so say 35 days(just over one month!!! 1/6 of the time the filter should last) before significant slowing in the flow rate. The company refuses to admit to an issue. We were told to use an inline filter instead, which is what we are now going to try because clearly whirlpool and every drop don't create quality products that they stand behind. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

It works well, it removes most bad taste from the water and ice. It could last linger but it doesn’t leak and is easy to change

These are genuine filters from the manufacturer, easy to install, and make the water taste great. Beware of ordering from discount retailers or from big online websites that offer prime transport to your home, they pass off knockoffs as genuine. These are the best quility, won't damage your fridge, make the water taste better, and really do what they say they'll do. I have used these for years and trust them completely.

The on line app is easy and helpful. I have been a customer of Best Buy for over 15 years and I have never had any issies with a purchase, return, assistance in product or even Geek Squad follow up.

Very good filter in term of ease of installation, water quality! However, the price is horrendous! I wish they would have universal filter at about 20 bucks each, not at the $49.95 price I paid!
