Easy access and installation instructions of the air filter.

purchased a set of two air filters for my Whirlpool refrigerator. The item has done a great job at controlling odors in the refrigerator. It provides a indicator to know when to replace the filter, and the installation of the filters takes about 30 seconds. Great product, works very well.

This charcoal air filter fits the Whirlpool and the Kitchen Aid refrigerators. It should be changed every 2 or 3 months to be effective. It is easy to remove and install a new filter. The exact same filter can be purchased on Amazon for a large discount.

The filter portion was easy to install. The small 'odor' tab that requires you to pop the blister type pack was a bit confusing, though. It took a bit of trial and error to find out where that went. The directions were off - it gave two different types as references and where they went - neither were correct for my model. I had to wait for for the product to be delivered to the store. It was out of stock and I received several emails about backorders etc.

Got these after buying a new fridge as extras. Same as the OEM one that came in my Whirlpool fridge. Says it replaces having to have baking soda in the fridge. Which his great, one less thing to have in a fridge. So far it works great. Even comes with an indicator to show when to change it. The fridge has a spot for the indicator next to the filter too. Should last about 6 months per instructions. So far everything smells fine.

No nasty food gases in my fridge! Keeps everything smelling fresh & no melding of different aromas. Works great if replaced as suggested.

I recently purchased a new refrigerator that had an airflow filter compartment but didn't include a filter. I was able to add this to my fridge. It's working great. These filters are more convenient than adding baking soda to the fridge to manage odors.

These filters are not more expensive than the others but works twice as hard. Lasts longer than the off brand. It fits our 5 drawer kitchen aid refrigerator. Extra fresh you can smell.
