Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A mesmerizing performance of 19 greatest hits from probably the most under-rated R & B group in the U.S. In the 60's, 70's and 80's, when mainstream America was distracted by the Motown old school bands, the Whispers were building a grassroots urban audience of millions of fans who still attend their sold-out concerts. This concert has all the foot-stomping hits such as "Rock Steady", "And the Beat Goes On", and "It's a Love Thing". Their ballads still woo the ladies and get dates for the men. A must-buy for baby-boomers and youth who want to learn what real entertainment looks like. great sound and picture. The CD of the DVD soundtrack is also great.
