Worth the monthly subscription. We knew our dog escaped his babysitter while down in Florida and could tell the sitter right where the dog was.

It was a really good device only thing I hate is how they don't make it clear that there's a $10 fee a month but otherwise it works wonderful

No real time tracking. Takes too long to update. Not good when you are trying to track down your dog.

The GPS tracker works fine, but I didn't realize the activity data only updates every 12-24 hours (usually toward the 24 hour mark..), so this can't be used to track real-time activity. The subscription service is 100% required to even use the free app to see any data, and it's not cheap.

I have a Beagle who is a wanderer. This has a tracker on my app that I can push tells me exactly where my dog is exactly at by an address. Love it. Need to put this product in Pets mart and other places. I found it originally at Verizon and then got this on the clearance shelf at Best Buy. U need to keep this as a reg itm. I send alot to buy this item

Nowhere did it say I had to pay a monthly fee to use this device. This was a complete waste of my time. I wanted something to monitor myself on my phone, I don't need someone else monitoring it. The packaging should indicate that this product is useless without paying a monthly fee.

works good and fits nice on the dog collar. needs to be charged more than expected

This is a gps tracker that goes to great strides to hide the fact that a monthly subscription, $7 to $10 is required to operate. Do you pay a monthly subscription for your fitness watch?

The gps feature doesn't really work well...I normally get 10 minutes away from my apartment driving before it lets me know he is gone (if he ran, he could be several miles away by then). When I go to training with my dog, its about a mile away...it never tells me he left the whistle zone the entire hour we are in training. When the tracking is turned on (He's gotten out 3x since getting the collar) it updates very slow, by the time it tells me where he was he is 2-3 blocks away and was taking time to sniff and zig zag. If your dog is slow this could be fine but for a runner, the only thing it can help with is giving a general idea which direction to go in.

I hate giving bad reviews. This is a really neat product. Maybe we just got a defective tracker but I could not get ours to work. I sent my kids on walks with the dog and even took the tracker to work and never received a notification that the tracker left our whistle zone and the map always said it was by the base station. It also wasn't clear when I made the purchase that there was a monthly fee for the tracking service, so I have returned the product. Maybe I will try it again with a new release and some of the bugs are worked out.
