I like it a lot however could be better on activity updates

We moved to a new subdivision and our dog keep wondering around the neighborhood too much. We now don't worry about him as we can find him easily. It is also good that we can keep up with the amount of exercise he gets.

I liked the idea, I wish it came with adapters for 2" collars. I wanted to try to see how the services or interface works and couldn't without paying a service commitment. I read through the fine print and didn't see see here we're any refunds opportunitites.

you buy the item and there is a monthly charge to use it

I purchased this but nothing on bb website said that there was a monthly charge to use the product. So unless u plan on paying monthly this product is useless!!!

Try to synic to my phone and it wouldn't unless I paid 99 dollars for a service that was suppose to be free

This product doesn't track well at all, waste of money

I've had a Whistle GPS tracker for almost a year now. I love it! I know where my dog is at all times. It's a real comfort. I don't worry like I did before. We travel a lot. Whistle keeps up with us. Love how it tracks his active times & rest times. I even sit it to remind me when his Heartworm is due. Love the map shows right where my dog is ... running with a friend or at daycare ..... I know where my boy is! Thank You!

If you have dogs that are escape artists you need this product!!! I have two French Bulldogs that are very mischievous and this product has helped me numerous times!!! GPS works great at tracking and being able to see your dogs movements on your phone!!!!

Does what its supposed to. Pretty easy to set up, iOS app looks good. Tracking works decent, it updates the location every 3 minutes, but it feels longer. Attaches to collar pretty good, I bought 2 of them, one for my Westie and the other one for a Yorkie. I was nervous at first thinking they may be too big or heavy for my yorkie but its no problem at all. I have 2 complaints with this: The biggest issue I have is that it took my dogs for a walk and purposely went out of the "Whistle Zone" to see how the alert worked. I was outside the zone for about 8 minutes and I never got an alert. So I went back inside and turned the trackers off and on again. The alert for the tracker being turned off or being connected to the base is almost instantaneous, which is awesome, but not sure why it takes so long to get an alert that the tracker is out of the whistle zone, which obviously should be the main thing. So I decided to take the trackers and get in my Jeep and drive to see how far I got before I got an alert. I got about 5 miles away, and about 10 minutes later, I got the first alert saying the tracker was out of the whistle zone, then a minute later, I got the 2nd alert from the 2nd tracker saying it was out of the whistle zone. That to me is terrible, I should be alerted within a minute if the tracker is outside of the whistle zone. 10 minutes and 5 miles away is completely unacceptable. I started the tracking feature and that works fairly decent, giving a small area of where the tracker is making it relatively easy to find the dog if hes out, the only problem with that is that updating every 3 minutes is too long and theres no way to refresh the GPS manually. If they could get it down to update the location every minute, it would be a much much better product. My 2nd complaint with it is that since I have 2 dogs, I bought 2 trackers. So that means I have to pay $20/mo for the monthly fee. $10/tracker. I think that it should just be $10/mo per account. Not per tracker. Or at least $10/mo per tracker and $5/mo for every other tracker. $20/mo is high. I have only had this for 2 days, but this is my initial review. Like I said, it does what its supposed to as far as tracking the dog, but it NEEDS to be faster at alerting you when the dog is out of the whistle zone. 10 minutes is WAY too long.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! On my second tracker after tech support determined the first one failed. Second unit is doing the same thing the first one was doing. User error? NO. Called tech support and was told there is a 12 minute delay between the time my dog leaves the zone and I receive notification. No where on there website, packaging or instructions does it say anything about A delay. I will return this product. I will be out 98.00 as I paid for a year subscription.

This is excellent for finding your missing pet if you lose track of it

Very cool way to keep track of my "flight risk" Shiba. Plus its like a fitbit for dogs.
