I like Channing Tatum, but his character in this movie was a little on the far-fetched side. He still delivered a great performance, just not as easy to swallow for being believable. Not to say that every action movie is totally believable, but this one could have used a little extra work.

Haven't watched it yet, but come on ... Jaime Foxx and Channing Tatum and the White House and there are explosions and quips and probably a bizarrely inordinate amount of patriotism subtly undermined by Hollywood liberalist satire ... am I close?

I saw Olympus Has Fallen in theaters which came out around the same time as White House Down. Both movies have very similar premises, but White House Down is the superior movie in my opinion. Channing Tatum and Jamie Fox are hysterical and the Picture Quality of this blu-ray is excellent!

Movie was pretty good. I like who they choose to be the bad guy. Not your typical terrorist. I like that the little girls character is so brave. I like that the main character proves a lot of people wrong. The story line is pretty basic, however it does have some aspects that make it worth it.

If you're into action / suspense movies, then you're in for a treat, this is a must have movie, especially if you like Jamie Foxx & / or Channing Tatum. They both did an excellent job portraying their characters. You get the dvd, Blu-ray, & digital copy at a good price.

I love this movie. Fun with good humor and action. Reminds me a bit of what Die Hard movies used to be. Of course, it is basically like the first Die Hard, only at the White House. Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx are both great and James Woods is exactly what you'd expect him to be.

This is a great action movie. There are some really funny parts! I like this movie a lot because it doesn't have 6 different things going on all at one time & trying to keep up with who is who & what part is their role. It's a great story plot & not too complicate to follow.

I bought both White House Down and Olympus Has Fallen because of good action movies which enjoyable rather than fall asleep movies. Both movies is the same about White House has been breach by extremist. Good to have in your personal collection of bluray.

I barely get to go to the movies so I mainly purchase BluRays (build a collection, and its cheaper than going out). A lot of action, and a decent story line. Definitely didnt expect it to be as good as it was. Jaime Foxx and Channon Tatum actually did a good job.

I got my blu ray player from my Best Buy and could not wait to get started collecting the movies! Its awesome! And...once again...it was a fun experience shopping at MY Best Buy! The people there are so nice and helpful! They really enjoy helping their customers!

I bought this movie cuz I saw Olympus Has Fallen which I also thought was great and some said if you saw one you saw the other but I thought they were two totally different movies way different story lines. I thought it was great rough language but a lot of action.

The wife an I both liked this movie. It was fun to watch and the action kept you interested. I thought the plot was a little predictable and linear, but the wife didn't really see the twist coming at the end. Definitely worth picking up on Blu-ray or DVD

While I liked Olympus Has Fallen better which came out the same year I thought White House Down was a good popcorn movie. It was an entertaining movie and I liked the actors involved. If you are looking for a fun action movie then check it out.

This was a good movie that came out around the same time as Olympus, but it was a bit more jokey. You can tell that Tatum was acting coming right off of 21 Jump St., and with Jaime Foxx as the POTUS, you had to expect it. Fun film though.

Channing Tatum is the ultimate action star in White House Down, with a storyline in which you care about more than just the main character. White House Down, is a film in which features a great cast, storyline, and nonstop action/suspense.

I like action films a lot and there was plenty of that in this movie. Some of the sequences were impossible in-real-life, but in Hollywood, all things ARE possible. I am sure that I will watch this again sometime in the future.

White House Down is a modern day Indepedence Day without the aliens and intelligence crafted into Indepence Day. Enjoyable but know that when you purchase it is for Channing Tantum's visually appealing nature and the badass action sequences

must have!...another blind buy is one that you will watch multiple times...awesome sound, video, story, characters, non stop action and humor make this a no brainer..."can you please take the rocket launcher off my head"...buy it you will love it!

This movie was more fun than you would think. Tatum and Fox both do a really good job with different takes on their characters as the cop and the president. This is a guys action flick though, so no Oscar performance s here, just a lot of fun!

If you like drama and action then this is the movie for you. It is a good plot . Good characters and good choice of actors to carry out the movie. Kept my attention the whole time and paused for popcorn breaks so I would not miss any of the movie.
