Makes lots of ice and and size works well for beverages etc. They quote 12 lbs. of ice per day and It does that nicely. A little noisy but I keep it in the garage and don't hear it in the house. If you don't entertain weekly, this will work for most applications and you don't need a drain line.

This product was bought for a public school nurse needing ice to treat students maladies. The location where the unit is placed is small and this product does a great job for its size and its use.

We bought this for extra ice for my husband to use in his ice chest for work. Makes plenty of ice to keep his waters and lunch cold on the hottest of days. Easy set up. It did get banged around during shipping has dent in the side, but did not effect performance.

Set up and it worked great. Some complain about noise... it is a little loud, but only a little more than other refrigerated appliances. Dropping ice and water turning on are loud, but so is our big fridge when that occurs. The ice is good size, and it cranks it out faster than we can use it. The taste was off at first, but we purchased an inline filter, and now the ice is great! Highly recommend for anyone who's large fridge ice maker just can't keep up with the family during the summer heat!

This unit is one of the best things I have bought in a long time. It produces ice quickly and stores ice as advertised. I was never interested in buying a unit that requires a drain. I remove the ice and store it in another freezer for later use. I never run out of ice now. Very happy!

Great ice maker. Cannot adjust cube size or temperature, but does that really matter? Great machine..

It is a very nice ice maker just not right for me. I thought the ice storage was larger.

We always seemed to run out of ice! We drink a lot of iced tea and this ice machine is perfect for the extra ice. We keep it out on the patio and it is quiet and worth every cent!

Out of the box: put it in place, and hooked up the water and electricity! Worked as it should.

I got this on deal of the day for a great price. We want a built in ice maker under the counter, when it came it was damaged all over! A huge dent on the top corner, the side was all smashed in and it was ALOT shorter than your standard size ice maker. Really Bestbuy would carry more items like this in store to look at before making a purchase, would have save me a lot of time!

I am very disappointed. I purchased this based on the reputation. I have so many people living under one roof the refrigerator/freezer ice maker cannot keep up. I have ill family under this roof and to stop and buy ice is time I do not have.

Up and running in one hour out of the box. My refrig/ freezer ice maker stopped working. The water line input leaked at first. But tightened the connection without having to use a tape on the threads. Does not leak now at all. Use this for the bar area of a condo. Usually empty the ice into the bin of the ice maker that quit. So have plenty of ice available.

This is not a huge ice machine but it is reliable and works well for the price that you pay for it. Does not require complicated cleaning.
